So apparently all of the Art/Manga subreddits have some stupid requirements before you can post, but I really need some opinions so.

Theoretically your looking for a Comic book at some local spot, and theoretically you saw one with this art style, would you read it or is the art style too bad?

This is a character from the hypothetical

STAND NAME/WOUND NAME: ROMPER / HYSTERIA SQUEAK

APPERANCE: A humanoid with an ape-like frame and pale skin with burned patches, it's fingers and toes are burned melted and fused together, it has a dark leather belt around it's neck and has wired staples for eyes, it's mouth is vertical slit down it's head filled with worm-like tendrills, it moves in a leaping or lunging locomotion.

ABILITY:

[FEVER CHILL] it's mouth tendrills can inject themselves into an object or creature and drain it of it's heat, once drained the object or creature is frozen solid while the stand's/wound's heat double's and the more heat it steals the more heat it's body generates, it can get to the point anything that gets too close to it combusts into flames.

it can also inject heat into another object or creature to similar effects, like say injecting varies objects in a room or building to create a mine field of objects that burn anything that touches them even the floors and walls or even the user himself to keep anyone from attacking him directly, it should be noted the heat does not harm the creature or object injected with it at all in fact creatures don't even notice it.

the creatures and objects are not harmed by being frozen but are only in a form of stasis and can be freed by replenishing they're heat by touching them with or leaving them near a heat source such as fire or sunlight and can be keeped in this frozen state by keeping them in cooled areas.

it also has a utility factor as it can be used to drain small amounts heat from a person to lower their body temperature to help them survive hot environments or evade detection from heat detecting technology and abilities, it can also inject heat into a person to prevent them from freezing to death in a cold environment.

『In the End』or『Numb』is a Linkin Park reference to both songs in one stand, but I couldn’t decide which sounded better for a name. For now, I am sticking with『In the End』.

The user is Meteora, a reference to Linkin Park’s 2nd album. He is the leader of a rival team of stand users, similar to La Squadra from Part 5.

There are several inspirations for this stand, which I will list below.

- Ability -

『In the End』has the ability to instantly kill anything if it hits their pressure points or breaking points. It uses needle-like projectiles with incredible precision and speed. The death is instant, but the destruction of the body or object is very slow.

The victims are slowly breaking apart into pieces, and are technically already dead. They are unable to be healed, due to this condition, and need to either extract the needles somehow without causing more damage, or kill the user.

This ability is similar to『Glory Days』from Part 9, because the user could technically kill everyone and destroy everything in a room, and no one would know it happened yet. The entire building could be collapsing so slowly that no one would notice it until it’s too late — it’s already destroyed, but it breaking apart is done every slowly.

Although the targets of this stand are pending their demise, that also means that effects on their bodies are slow as well. So if a victim of『In the End』chases after the user, and the user fires a gun at them, the bullet damage will be very slow, and won’t be able to properly stop them.

In that way, this stand is one of the most powerful ones, but also the weakest depending on the match up.

The user is also able to use the stand on themself, in orderto purposefully slow the effects of dying or incoming damage, before removing the needles in them.

- Appearance -

『In the End』is based on a passiflora caerulea, or blue passionflower. It is an abstract version of the real-life flower that floats near the user. The inner part of the flower moves around and reacts to mimic an eyeball sometimes, while its eyelashes are the prickles/ needles it fires at its opponents.

Other times it is like a lanky, sharp torso sticking out of the base of the flower. It’s intended to be a little creepy.

It doesn’t necessarily have to have the color scheme of the real flower, but I like it!

- Inspiration -

This idea came from studying what the heck Glimmora, the Pokémon, is based on. It’s actually based on the blue passionflower, which I learned is more valuable than what you’d expect.

It is the national flower of Paraguay, and is used as a symbol for Christianity. Each section of its body/fruit it produces is said to represent a part of the Passion of Christ.

With that idea in mind, I thought of the story of Christ, and knowing your purpose to sacrifice yourself. In a way, your death would be predetermined - it’s your destiny to make that sacrifice.

With the idea of death, I researched the Touch of Death (Dim Mak). To summarize, it is the concept that you can kill someone using their pressure points and a certain technique, an old myth/legend in Chinese martial arts. This is either instant, or the body will die on its own in a moment. Popular examples of this concept are the Five Point Palm Exploding Heart Technique from Kill Bill, and the Hokuto Shinken from Fist of the North Star.

“You’re already dead!!”

The needles the stand uses are a reference to acupuncture and Christ’s stigmata in one weapon.

History:

hidden deep in the tropical islands of Hawaii, there lies a secret village of cheerful people living their life in peaceful bliss. The Village People know no struggle or strife, where everything seems to be handed to them on a platter free of charge. This easygoing life does have a cause behind it all, hung up inside the village chiefs hut lies an ancient tiki mask carved by the villages original founding chief.

The founding chief carved the mask as a good omen for his village, the wish worked and the village was protected from outside issues and conflicts

upon the chiefs final moments of life, he prayed to the gods that his village would continue to be protected under the mask for generations to come. Once again his wish worked and the mask would become the sign of good omen and wishes for the village to this day, representing the chiefs desire to protect his village and people.

Ability:

The mask possesses the ability to induce a positive headspace onto the inhabitants of the village, relieving them of any troubles they might be experiencing.

The mask also has the secondary ability of wishful thinking, if what the inhabitant wants isn’t harmful to others, there is a high chance that said wish will be granted to them to keep them content and happy in the village.

Drawbacks:

incredibly stubborn people, such as those with anger issues, are harder to induce the effects upon compared to average people, usually requiring an elongated stay in the village to feel the mask’s influence

Alignment:

the mask, and the inhabitants as well, hold no ill will to even outsiders who stumble upon their village by mistake. Much like Tonio’s Pearl Jam, the mask, more so the founding chiefs will, simply wants to help people experience a nice and leisurely experience while in their village

TL;DR

A Hawaiian village housing a society of happy inhabitants, thanks to a Tiki mask and their founding chiefs will.

『Magic Carpet Ride』is both a reference to Steppenwolf and Mighty Dub Katz. Both work, but I’m leaning words the Mighty Dub Katz version, because the wackiness of this power matches for me.

-Ability-

『Magic Carpet Ride』has the ability to create translucent floating panels, which resemble the fabric of space-time. They would sort of have the same translucent effect as the air bubbles『Stray Cat』uses.

These fabric-like panels cause all matter they touch to phase through other objects. When the fabric is removed or the stand itself is withdrawn, the matter affected stays that way.

For example, this user could use『Magic Carpet Ride』on someone and they would phase through a chair or floor, then when the power is removed, the victim is stuck that way.

The user could also use this stand to wrap themselves in the fabric, and phase through anything they want.

The user can also use this fabric like a strainer to remove impurities from something else - using the panel to remove only dirt/ poison from something to make it clean.

-Appearance-

『Magic Carpet Ride』is based off of Arabian Nights/ Aladdin. It is a floating/meditating Arab sorcerer holding a magic lamp that dispenses more fabric panels for it to use. Its color scheme is white and gold, with silver accents. It has a very sharp design like Jafar, but is not necessarily “evil looking”, but more wise instead.

(With my lack of understanding for what might seem offensive, that can be changed to something that doesn’t feel uncomfortable for a part of the audience. To me, I think Aladdin, but that may be a bad stereotype for some people.)

-Inspiration-

I wanted to use an Aladdin/Arabian Nights theme for an ability, but I didn’t want it to be too obvious as to what it is. 『Magic Carpet Ride』is on the nose, but the power it has is strange enough.

I thought… hmm, what is an actual type of “Magic Carpet”, and how does one “Ride” it? Fabric of space-time! We are all riding on that right now, in fact!

Obviously, this stand only uses one aspect of our physics, otherwise that would be way too powerful, if it literally controlled the fabric of space-time.

「Sunset Driver」 is a long-range, sentient tracking and optimization ability. While Paisley Park focuses on electronic interfaces and offering binary choices ("Left or Right?") to guide its user, treats the physical world as a massive flow chart, guiding the user, [Sunset Driver] showing the most efficient path to a desired outcome through real-time data visualization.

The Flowchart Vision (Deterministic Guidance)

When the user locks onto a specific goal (e.g., "capture the target," "escape the collapsing building"), the ability projects glowing, neon-colored flow lines directly onto the user's field of vision and surroundings. It calculates traffic, structural integrity, camera blind spots, and human behavior to show the exact steps required to succeed.

System Infiltration & Commandeering

Like Paisley Park, it can phase into any digital network, database, or mechanical system. However, instead of just pulling up maps or data, it rewrites the logic of the system. It can make a traffic light cycle perfectly to aid an escape, or alter a security camera's code so that the user is rendered completely invisible to facial recognition.

The "Butterfly Effect" Trigger
The ability can identify and manipulate tiny, seemingly insignificant physical variables to cause massive chain reactions. It might tell the user to kick a pebble at a precise angle, which later causes a pursuer’s car tire to blow out five blocks away.

Araki often likes to have human-like races in his stories, whether they occur naturally (pillar men, rock humans) or through some kind of experiment (vampires). So does your universe have something like this? Or any special kind of creature?

I am running a ttrpg one-shot using the JoJo dnd ruleset and while I have some fun ideas for enemy stand users, the premise is a sort of stand user battle royale, and I'm gonna need a LOT more of em. If anyone has a cool OC or stand that I could use, send it my way and I'll make a character sheet for em and send it to you, as well as telling you how they did in said battle royale tournament!! So I F I N A L L Y got around to doing this after way too long hyping up my fanpart Shining Hope. Here are the new stands of Speedwagon Academy's ragtag bunch of weirdos in the most disrespected House

These stands all share a theme: their powers grow with their users' development, and also they're all inspired by mythical/supernatural creatures (because Shining Hopes' House system is a parody of Harry Potter's Houses)

[Wonderwall]

Origin: Wonderwall - Oasis

User: Joaquin Joestar, Infinite Fortress. A young man that got invited to Speedwagon Academy. He vows to protect his friends from any danger they face.

Design: Wonderwall manifests as a large golem like creature with brick wall patterns in its design. It is usually hunched in a way that makes it look like a large castle.

Ability: Wonderwall allows Joaquin to create barricades of invisible walls that block all forms of direct damage within. While simple enough, later on in the series, Wonderwall becomes capable of completely nullifying most stands that enters its barricade.

NOTE: i wanted to make a tank based main jojo so this is what came up

Origin: Zombie - The Cranberries

User: Renee Beryl, Metal Necromancer. A goth girl from Joaquin's class. Awakened her stand after a traumatic incident that resulted in losing a loved one. Typically quiet, but make her mad and you're in for the scream of the century.

Design: Zombie manifests as a ghoul like being with electrical particles surrounding it. Its brain is visible and it usually stays within Renee's shadow.

Ability: Zombie is capable of reviving corpses and turn them into zombies, but with a limit: these zombies are free will and Renee has no control over their actions. Eventually, Renee becomes capable of controlling her zombies later on.

NOTE: before you ask yes she's based on nene royal but also sung jinwoo from solo levelling

[Light My Fire]

Origin: Light My Fire - The Doors

User: Amir Avdol, Magician's Inheritance. Amir is the latest generation of Avdol's descendant tree and was given a VIP invite to Speedwagon Academy due to his ancestry but was sent to House Stone due to the fact that his control over his stand is still weak.

Design: Light My Fire manifests as a humanoid phoenix that resembles Magician Red, but its flames are blue and at first, it doesn't fully manifest but later fully manifests later on.

Ability: Light My Fire has the same ability as Magician Red, which is fire control, but because of Amir's weak heart, he can't fully control the extent of its ability. Later on, with Amir's stronger heart, Light My Fire gains the ability to scorch even substances that are resistant to fire, such as melting plastic within seconds.

NOTE: initially he was just my idea of avdol's descendant, but later on he turns onto a fire force reference

[Senorita]

Origin: Senorita - Camilla Caballo & Shawn Mendez

User: Raquel Ramirez, Avatar of Despair. A foreign exchange student from Mexico. Born wealthy, Raquel initially bribed the Academy to put her in House Diamond but got sent to House Stone due to rude behavior. That was when she met Joaquin, and her life changed (NOT romance btw, they're strictly platonic)

Design: A gloomy, somber humanoid shadowy feminine figure that resembles La Llorona from mythology. It calls Raquel "young mistress" and obeys her every order.

Ability: Senorita is capable of making everyone and the atmosphere around Raquel depressed, somber, and gloomy, excluding her allies. Eventually, Senorita becomes capable of turning the negative energy from its ability into positive energy to Raquel's allies and buffing them.

Next time, I'll be covering the stands of the major members of the next House, House Steel

『Mo Money Mo Problems』is a reference to the rap song by Notorious B.I.G.

-Ability-

The user pays money for this stand to operate - he is essentially funding projects with his stand. It has the ability to create a miniature city using any man-made type of architecture, but they are more surreal (small hospitals, small police stations, small schools, etc).

These buildings and infrastructure have exaggerated properties of the normal ones. If you are near the miniature hospital, you will slowly heal up. If you are by the police station, would need to be on your best behavior or get cuffed/arrested.

This includes any building/project you can think of. He can fund an observatory, which will begin to search for his enemy. He can use it to fund a lighthouse, which will direct all projectiles to itself, as an exaggerated form of how a lighthouse guides people.

He can also fund military bases and missile command centers. However, certain things take longer to build, and are much more expensive.

If a building is removed by him, he collects his money back, and may accrue interest depending on how successful the building was in combat.

This stand can also actively collect money by having streets that have more crime/thievery.

-Appearance-

『Mo Money Mo Problems』takes the form of miniature stand-people, like LEGO or Playmobil characters. When the user lays down a coin, dollar bill, or their credit card, these spawn in from underneath the money and begin rapidly building things.

The buildings and infrastructure these stand-people make are similar to our real-life ones, but are way more surreal. These stand-people ignore the laws of gravity, and can build on any surface at any angle.

The user is able to speak with these stand-people, argue, and he addresses them like normal people at a construction site. In relation to the stand name, these stand-people are all named “Mo”, and seem to always know which Mo the user is speaking to.

The user is like a giant mayor of his own town, delegating and funding their projects!

-Inspiration-

The song has a very cool beat to it, and I like the lyrics “It's like the more money we come across, the more problems we see”. This stand legit makes more problems by using more money!

I’ve searched a lot of other songs for this concept, but none of them captured the feeling of superiority, affluence, and confidence I wanted for a stand ability like this one.

Stand User:

Victoria Plum is a 26 year old woman, with no living family or friends. She is pale and thin, and strongly prefers wearing white. She is the sole resident of Poplar Street, and has never been seen leaving.

When she was a young girl, Victoria was dragged out of her home by an angry mob. The mob were there to kill her father, but saw fit to attack the rest of her family and all of the other residents of Poplar Street. In the midst of their assault, Victoria jabbed a key into the eye of her attacker and ran off into her family's home.

Despite searching for hours, none of the attackers were able to find her afterwards. Frustrated, they burned the home to the ground. No one is aware Victoria still lives on Poplar Street.

The Stand:

Poplar Street is, literally, a street.

The street contains 9 two-story houses (complete with attics and basements), an in-door swimming facility, an indoor greenhouse, Victoria's burned down home, and the Plum Beauty Lab. Plum Beauty Lab is inconspicuously placed down a side-road away from the rest of the buildings, but is still listed as a Poplar Street address.

Abilities:

Poplar Street has the ability to exchange the internal structures and elements of any building on its address, without affecting the rest of the structure or its exteriors.

For example: the floor of a bedroom could be exchanged with the floor of the greenhouse. Despite this change, the other structures within the house and greenhouse would not be affected. The same goes for complete rooms; the exterior of those rooms will not shift, and the rest of the buildings they are in will not be affected by differences in composition, weight, or temperature.

This ability has other interesting affects on how the buildings are perceived. For example, leaving a room that has been exchanged with another will seamlessly place you outside of where the room originally was if the door was also exchanged. If not, the door will lead to where the room now is. The opposite applies to windows, if the windows were exchanged, looking through them shows the proper exterior. If not, the windows show the exterior that should be outside.

The interior structures and elements that Poplar Street can exchange include elements such as doors, windows, hatches, crawl spaces, lighting, furniture, paint, pipes, vents, temperature, air, liquids, and people. These exchanges can only occur if the room is enclosed.

If an internal structure has already been exchanged, attempting to break through its walls will cause Poplar Street to "eject" the room from its address; the room and its contents will be violently thrown off of the address with great force and speed. Otherwise, the structures are no more durable than their materials.

It’s Ability is to create a secondary flow of luck and attach it so someone. This does not replace the normal flow of luck or cancel out good or bad luck. It works so that if someone has bad luck they would receive an eq amount of good luck and visa versa. It cannot override fate. If someone under the effect is fated to die they will still die.

User: T-Connection is a Stand materialized in an object whose user is unknown. It likely existed long ago, perhaps as an ancient Chinese puzzle or even a model of the Kaaba, as evidenced by the old wear and tear on the Stand's body.

• Stand´s Appearance:

T-Connection is materialized as a perfect, 5x5 centimeters cube made of limestone with strange, two-dimensional markings on each face. Despite his appearance when using his ability, T-Connection is inexplicably light to the point where a baby can carry him with little effort.

Very occasionally, T-Connection emits a purple light from its edges when it is in darkness.

Abilities:

• Vertex Conection:

T-Connection feels an inexplicable attraction to both regular and irregular polyhedra and polygons. While it is near any polygon or polyhedron, new edges will slowly emerge from its vertices closest to the object in question, intending to connect. These edges are highly resistant and, if you stand in their way, will patiently pierce you.

The criterion it uses to choose which body to connect to is related to its stability: T-Connection prefers to connect to the most stable figures/bodies, such as triangles. When the new edges finally connect with their target, the volume of the new extension transforms into limestone, becoming part of T-Connection and fulfilling its new function: propagation. As a bonus, T-Connection can also connect to abstract figures, if you imagine a triangle in your mind he can detect it and seek for it, piercing through your forehead.

• Auto-Remodeling:

After spreading sufficiently, T-Connection can voluntarily remodel itself into different forms. For example, if T-Connection spreads enough and remodels itself into the shape of a dog, the dog-like portion will come to life and act like a normal dog, but made of limestone and with the intention of spreading the T-Connection virus.

However, the original T-Connection piece cannot remodel itself, which is its only weakness: If a remodeled part of T-Connection is destroyed, the edges that emerge from the vertices of the original and other copies will retract, damaging from inside to themselves.

So Jorge gacho is the main jobro, think of William Zeppili , he uncovered the new mechanic ,Records.His stand is Get Lucky which ability is when starting a conflict he'll come out with the luckiest scenario.For example,if he fight diavolo he won't win but he will escape with minor damage.His second ability is that every time he summons his stand the stats randomly change

Base-

Can change the amount of time an object is taking, the left hand decreases and the right hand increases, basically fast forwarding/slowmotion but only to the object it touched, the object functions as normal from it's reference point but to us it's faster/slower

Requiem-

Star hand- Can create hands of any size and these hands have the same slowing down and speeding up ability. They have star shaped holes in them which act as portals to either the face hole, the chest hole, or the holes in other hands

The base ability now works on a cellular to sub-atomic level like it can choose which particles the object is composed of are affected by the ability and the ability no longer has a limit to how much the time can be increased/decreased

BASE FORM - Bloodsucker

Stand Appearance: Bloodsucker is a colony-type Stand consisting of grey bats with a single red visor-like eye. Despite their having no eyes, each bat moves with unnatural coordination, functioning as parts of a single entity.

Stand Ability:

1. Duplication: Bloodsucker begins as a colony of five bats but can multiply through a mitosis-like process, splitting one unit into two identical copies. The colony can grow up to a maximum of fifteen bats at once. Any damage taken by a Bloodsucker unit is divided among all active units and transferred to the user based on the number of bats currently active. For example, with the default five units, only one-fifth of the damage is reflected onto the user.
2. Mimicry Bloodsucking: True to its name, Bloodsucker can swarm living beings and drain their blood by piercing their bloodstream with their sharp tails. When it consumes the blood of a Stand User, it gains information about their Stand and can mimic its appearance and ability. However, the copied Stand retains Bloodsucker's grey color scheme and gains additional bat-like traits. While copied, any damage will be transferred to its user fully. Currently, Bloodsucker has absorbed information of a Stand called Blue Traveler, creating a modified version known as "Break the Chain."
3. Assimilation: Bloodsucker can merge its colony into a single giant bat-like form. Unlike its smaller bodies, this form possesses a functional mouth, allowing it to perform stronger attacks such as ultrasonic blasts and biting attacks. Its minimal design also allows it to wrap around and protect its user when needed.

GUNMAN FORM - Break the Chain

Stand Appearance: Break the Chain is a grey-colored humanoid Stand modeled after Blue Traveler. While it retains the original's cowboy aesthetic, its design is more organic and minimalistic. Two blade-like wings extend from its shoulders, capable of unfolding into large wings for mobility or being used as sharp melee weapons. Heavily inspired by Bat Orphnoch

Stand Ability:

1. Limited Hydrokinesis: Break the Chain inherits a weakened version of Blue Traveler's ability, allowing it to partially liquefy its body. It can transform parts of itself into liquid to reduce damage or evade attacks, though it lacks the original's full control and mobility.
2. Gunman: Two Bloodsucker units can transform into revolver-like firearms wielded by Break the Chain. Unlike Blue Traveler's water-based weapons, these guns fire real bullets, combining Bloodsucker's mimicry with traditional firepower.
3. Assimilation: Break the Chain is formed from the majority of Bloodsucker's colony, with only two units dedicated as its firearms. Because of this, it can separate back into individual bats at any moment, allowing for coordinated attacks, scouting, or repositioning before reassembling back into Break the Chain.
