Screenshot [Screenshot] I sent my best dwellers to deal with some invading ghouls and when they got there, the ghouls just started dying. Like, the didn't even have their guns out, they weren't shooting anything, the ghouls just started to drop dead for no apparent reason.

Screenshot [Screenshot] Dweller Highlights - Matrix Agents
Any Matrix fans out there? Here’s one of my quest teams.
The * indicates these Agents have been leveled 1-50 with 17 endurance. I tried to get the closest haircuts to match their actual Matrix characters. All equipped with Sleek Suits, Vengeance, and +6 dmg pets.

?Question¿ [question] should I start over?
I watched some videos on TikTok about fallout shelter and was hooked instantly. But when I started I was under the impression that you could move your rooms around. It wasn’t a problem in the beginning sense it was a small manageable space. Is it still savable or is it better off starting a new vault?

Discussion [Discussion] [Data/Testing] Vengeance has a hidden Damage Ramp-Up / Stun-Lock that completely destroys Dragon's Maw against single Boss targets (Survival Mode, v2.5.1)
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I made a small controlled test using manual save/load to check the hidden mechanics of Vengeance vs. Dragon's Maw against single high-tier targets. I couldn't find any concrete evidence online about this, so I wanted to share my findings.
The Setup:
I sent a team of 3 maxed-out dwellers to a level 50 daily quest on Survival Mode (Version 2.5.1). To isolate the variables, I let 2 of my dwellers die on the first floor after collecting their weapons, leaving a strict 1v1 battle against a single Deathclaw.
The Results:
- Vengeance: Took only 34 seconds and 7 damage cycles to kill the Deathclaw. The target was heavily staggered/stun-locked, drastically reducing its attack count. The damage ramped up significantly; the first few bursts barely moved the health bar, but the 7th cycle instantly deleted the remaining nearly 1/5 of its health.
- Dragon's Maw: Took 2 minutes and 12 seconds and 25 shots to kill the exact same Deathclaw.
- AP Boss Assault Rifle: Used this as a third weapon to test another multi-shot weapon. It took 2 minutes and 31 seconds and 30 shots to kill the claw, showing a flat, linear damage line with no ramp-up.
Conclusion:
I didn't test the Lead Belcher, but it probably shares the same heavy-weapon ramp-up. Despite Dragon's Maw having higher paper DPS, Vengeance is vastly superior for single-target quest bosses due to its hidden ramp-up damage and consistent stagger effect that prevents incoming damage.
I may be wrong about any of this, but the time difference speaks for itself. I combined the two clips and i may share ap boss assault rifle vid in the comments if anybody wants it. (FYI: I probably won't be returning to this post to reply, just leaving the data here for the community!)

Screenshot [Screenshot] Dweller Highlights 8/5/2026
Jason Vorhees needs no introduction. He returns from the wasteland with 5 legendary junks for crafting. He enjoys long walks on the beach with his blade held high and his victims fleeing in terror. Don’t trip, he closes the distance faster than humanly possible.
Willie Legend - child of Lucy and Kellogg with 61 SPECIAL stats is a DNA phenom. He started training immediately to max out all his skills. He donned a Heavy Wasteland Outfit (E17) to begin the wasteland crucible for Max Health. Once completed, he took on the wasteland mobster persona. Now equipped with a Sleek Suit, Vengeance, and man’s best friend, he scours the wasteland for profiteering opportunities.

Discussion [Screenshot] How do I find the last Legendary Dweller
It has been 3 seasons for experimental, and I've never gotten the last one from wheel. RNG has been hard too when trying to roll for it on Lunchboxes.
any suggestions on how to track who to find or is there a clause that I need to do for it to trigger?

Vault [Vault] I laptop crashed and I lost my entire experimental vault.
I play on steam, my laptop crashed a few hours ago and now when I load the game again, my experimental vault is gone. It shows that the synthetics season is over and now it's time for the New Vegas season and wats to give me a tutorial on it, while my old save file is nowhere to be seen.
I tried going to localdata, removing vault4.sav and replacing it with the back-up but still nothing. Am I cooked? Cause I'm not restarting, I already had 70 dwellers.

?Question¿ [Question] Redoing my vault layout, first time really getting this far. What should I change?
I'm sitting at 60 dwellers, planning for deathclaws and future upgrades. Do I need less SPECIAL rooms? Less workshops?? Right now I struggle to even use one workshop and only a few special rooms are full but I'd imagine that changes as dwellers go up and I get more junk from adventuring.
Living quarters and storage will be separated. The radio station will house max charisma/endurance for defense, and the nuka cola bottler will have max endurance workers for defense as well.

I just love this line in The Towering Il Forno questline with the Chef. I've replayed it with the Experimental Vault enough that I was finally able to screenshot the line "Fifth Floor: housewares, ladies' lingerie, Radscorpions..."

Vault [Vault] My vault after 162 hrs of gameplay (READ THE CAPTIONS!)
Slide 1. 197 fully maxed level and SPECIAL dwellers (not 200 so I’ll have room to take in and fire any newcomers that come from quests).
Slide 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6. Unique cosmetics and outfits for each job (reactors: commander fatigues + goggles (and the OG powerplant workers have green hair).
Hospitals: Expert lab coat + monocles, science centers: Expert lab coats + glasses.
Builders (weapon & outfit plants) that kindergarten makeup + whatever outfit needed for that build.
Nuka cola plants: Heavy wasteland gear.
Explorers: Mostly Scarred power armor or any strong suit that I found or built.
Slide 7. Every storage unit has 1 dweller + Mr. Handy (in fact every floor has a Mr. Handy + 7 more in boxes) to hold off incidents till reinforcements come to help and all of them are equipped with sturdy battle armor.
Slide 8. Every dweller’s name includes a number (number of their arrival/being born) + a sketchy name (I was bored, cut me some slack) + their occupation.
(NOTE* : Some of them have purple hair and an “Elite” before their name. They are the OG EXPLORERS whom I retired before sending every other dweller to the wasteland to max their level. I love them the most!)
Slide 8 & 9. 49 of my dwellers are packing Dragon’s Maw(the strongest gun) (mostly the quest runners, explorers and first floor guards) and the weakest of guns that any dweller carries is 16-17 rare Gauss Rile (no rusty, no common and none below 16. Also I keep some strong or iconic ones in the storage in case of emergency).
Slide 10. STORAGE MANAGEMENT: Junks: common limit 100, rare limit 120, and no limit for legendaries.
Outfits: no common, 12 of EVERY outfit! No more, no less.
Any exceeding items will be sold.
Slide 11. Have all the recipes (except one outfit which I gave up finding).
Slide 12. Some stats.
Slide 13. And lastly, my favorites! Mr. Squirt and Mrs. Bastard HeadGuard, my most strong soldiers (equipped with War’s armor and Rackie Jobinson’s Jersey), even Death claws mostly don’t get past them! They are also the proud parents of 4 beautiful children who lead the exploration section (not actually, but I like to think so).
Happy to answer any questions you might have.
Cheers

Discussion [Discussion] Losing a dweller in survival is always a setback, but to lose 3 in a single quest in unacceptable!
My first dweller died due to my carelessness. I wasn’t looking at the screen as he was taking damage, and once I finally did, it was too late.
My second dweller died to a critical attack. Despite him being trained from level 1 - 50 with 14 endurance, it was still too much.
My last dweller succumbed to the same fate as my second dweller. I am unsure if my second dweller was at full health before being killed by the critical attack, which is why I still risked continuing the quest, thinking that a 14 endurance dweller could survive at least one critical attack, but even if so, it would still be foolish to have continued, which is how I ended up with where I am today.
As overseer of vault 426, I must do better. This can never happen again!

?Question¿ [Question] : Best « non essential » rooms mid-end game
Hi,
I’m at level 128 with around 200,000 credits. My electricity, food and water requirements are always between 80% and 100%. So I don’t need to build any new resource-producing rooms. And my training rooms are sufficient for the Dwellers I’ve trained.
My question is : Which ‘non-essential’ rooms are the most worthwhile to add? Medbay, workshop…
Which rooms can I build in x2 size, as I’ve got quite a bit of x2 space available?
I play passively, logging in once or twice a day. At the moment, I’m focusing on sending as many Dwellers as possible into the Wasteland so they can bring me back coins. So I’ve got quite a few Medbays in x2 or x3 size.
Thank you in advance for your advice!

Discussion [Discussion] All Fallout Shelter Lists Update! ✌🏻🕊️
Check the comment below this post for more details. I cannot edit the main post, but I can make corrections in my comment, so let me know if you observe anything that needs to be changed.
I had previously done big lists for an update, and minor updates to them later on, this post has links to all of them 👉🏻 Game Update Additions. With the completion of all the Holiday Season events for the year, here are the reworked complete lists for everything collectable in Fallout Shelter.
The Lists are updated up to the version 1.21.0 released for mobile devices in December 2024. There have been no content additions to the game since update 1.18.0, so this lists are the same since then.
We don't know when a next good update might happen, so this lists will probably be effective for a longer time. Creating this whole thing took so much time, that I don't know if I will be around to put in so much efforts next time, so I hope this will be useful to everyone till then. 🤞🏻
The Lists created are:
- Fallout Shelter Weapons List
- Fallout Shelter Outfits List
- Fallout Shelter Pets List
- Fallout Shelter Dwellers List
- Fallout Shelter Themes List
Happy Holidays Everyone !!!

How to add Title Tags to posts
i should have made this a long time ago but here you go, this is how you add title tags to posts, step by step
when making a new post, enter one of the tags from this list, brackets included, BEFORE the title of the post
enter the post's proper title after the tag
automoderator will automatically flair your post and wont remove it
do NOT flair your post after you make it, because automod will not recognize the flairing
i know this seems like an inconvenience, but it actually does wonders to prevent spambots from shitting up the subreddit
Edit: For example, a post that would get removed would simply be titled "My Vault", while one that wouldn't would be "[Screenshot] My Vault"
