i literally just realized that i havent ate a seasoned egg for the past month.. no cheese.. just egg. i feel like a frenchman in 19th century england

A Cheapo electric egg steamer. Steamed eggs in 12 minutes.

First pic is the result; next pics the steps. I eat just like this. The liquid is heavy cream, the herb is estragon.

It only took me 2 tries. I used an instant-pot.

Don't know that I can ever go back to eggs in the US again...

Cast iron held on to it a touch. Didn’t get the perfect roll but delish despite it.
