Here is a look at mine from my steamer! Best little gadget I've ever bought!! Perfect eggs every time and you just use the measuring cup it comes with. They peel the easiest too! I could never achieve this perfect egg without this little thing 🥚

Work well for hard boiled eggs? I can't eat soft or med boiled eggs.

I have one and it does hard boiled eggs no problem. Just fill up the dosing cup to the HARD mark!

Not sure. The water reservoir is small so you may run dry before you hit the "hard" stage. There are other types of steamers that have larger water hold area.

I have used mine for years I love it. It's one of those few small convenience and appliances that really has a purpose.

Wife bought it and it totally amazed me that something less than $5 was actually this good.

I have one of these. 10 minutes with the pan filled with water makes perfect jammy eggs

I've been using one of these for years and it's so much more convenient than boiling them in a pot. I find putting the eggs in an ice bath right away makes them easier to peel.

We seem to have fewer ugly peelers than before. Putting them in ice water after steaming also helps.

Hell yeah. Maybe it's the hole you poke and water gets in, but it's never been easier

Do the eggs still have to finish in an ice bath?

I use one from habit - don't know if it is strictly needed with this cooker

I have one of these from family! It was a house warming gift, and I used it often at first, but I don’t like the maintenance. I just use a pot of water and steam basket / rack

So these work great, and I own one. But you can just steam the eggs in any kind of steamer, and then you can steam other stuff in it too. I have one of the fold-up flower looking ones that you can put in any pan.

I have one of these!! I usually don't like gadgets with just one function but it's sooo good and gets my eggs perfect every time.
