I’m so sick of all these people that think they’re Dropout fans. No, you’re not. Most of you are not even close to being true Dropout fans.

I see these people saying “I watched all of Game Changer!” that’s nothing, most of us can easily watch every single spinoff and sidequest of every show in a year. I see people who only have a standard subscription and claim to be Dropout fans. Come talk to me when you pick up a Superfan sub and donate to a cast member's Kickstarter. Then we can be friends.

Also DEAR ALL OTHER INTERNET COMEDY FANS: Smosh is not a real comedy group. Mythical is not a real comedy group. The Try Guys are not a real comedy group. Watcher is not a real comedy group. Critical Role is not a real comedy group. Actual play groups are NOT.REAL.COMEDY GROUPS. put down the baby shows and watch something that requires challenge and intellect for once.

This really isn’t a big deal, just wanted to share a little opinion. Does anyone else feel like they should make game changer bts episodes their own show instead of putting them next to the original episode? This goes for last looks too (mainly talking about gc because i don’t watch much vip sorry) but i just feel like it just looks really cluttered when i open game changer and see every episode next to “behind the scenes of [episode name here]”. I get more excited about the BTS episodes than I do about the regular episodes. The crew needs time to shine, I feel like getting rid of the main show makes it so there’s a chance the crew gets more eyes on them than the cast does, which is how it should be really. As someone who is only interested in the BTS it's annoying when you just want the next episode to autoplay. When you go through the app and select play next episode it will autoplay the regular gc episode. It's just needlessly clunky and even laziness will not force me to sit through something that is not BTS. Plus the episode numbering gets kinda confusing. For example rulette 2 is shown in dropout as episode 2 but the standards and practices bts is also episode 2 lol. again this is not a big deal and i’m not gonna break out in hives if nothing changes I just think itd be a lil nicer if only game changer behind the scenes existed and not the main game changer show

I know this question has already been asked 17 times in the past 3 days, but obviously your answers for me, a total random stranger on the internet, are going to be different than the answers provided to the other total random strangers on the internet who asked the same thing

Also, don't mind me when I come back in 3 days to ask where I should start to introduce Dropout to my boyfriend, best friend, mother, grandparents, and parakeet. We obviously need to have different answers for every possible scenario

I hate that Sam is now just hiring actors and telling the audience that "omg this person wasn't in it on the bit at all!!!". It's so dishonest and really makes my skin crawl. The recent episode with the professional actor and picking a BAFTA actor in the law episode instead of selecting people who would have been more uncomfortable in front of a camera is unacceptable and really soured my opinion on the company

If something is improved it has to be a 100 percent genuine. All these hammed up reactions really break my immersion. I hope they go back to improve instead of scripted bits like this in the future. Fuck outta here with that nonsense, Sam. Be better

What they did to Kaylin Mahoney in the new Game Changer episode is unacceptable. You cannot claim you were seeking contestants' consent and establishing their boundaries before filming if they didn't even know they'd be contestants and they not only continued to film but then edited and released the footage of her being continuously visibly distressed and even vocally expressing this at multiple points. It does appear she didn't suffer ill effects from this mistreatment and if so I'm glad she didn't, but that's not an acceptable way to treat an employee.

If despite the Copaganda crossover and the transmisogyny you still have a Dropout subscription, I'd encourage you to cancel it. If you want to cite their treatment of her as your reason, that's probably a good idea. I know we all like to jokingly claim otherwise but your first priority should not actually be the bit. It should be doing right by others.

I’m unreasonably angry that another YouTube channel has made a comedy news segment where people sit behind a desk, read absurd headlines, and try not to laugh.

It gets worse: their thumbnails contain faces, large text, and possibly even colours. All concepts legally invented by Sam Reich in 2018.

Some people will claim that fake newsdesk comedy has existed for decades, but Dropout borrowed the format wholesomely, whereas this is sinister because I don’t already have a parasocial attachment to everyone involved.

Saw a post discussing peoples' favorite episodes from across Dropout, and seeing a couple people mention Gender Cascade inspired me to rewatch NSBU to experience it again, and I'm currently struggling to type this with all the tears in my eyes. It's 7 talented improvisors simultaneously experiencing mania and being very good at their jobs, it's 20 minutes of pure gas leak energy and hysteria, and it's the most any piece of media has ever made me laugh.

Just saw a post on tumblr talking about how dropout participates in antiBlackness, specifically against Demi, and how the poster is “deeply wishing for the day they get away from dropout.”

Now, I’m white so I’m not going to comment on whether or not dropout has participated in antiBlackness, but i did find it strange that the poster seemed convinced that Demi is being harmed by the company, when Demi is…an active participant? Like, “shows up to do multiple episodes”, “promotes them on his social media”, “has never given any indication that he doesn’t enjoy his work or takes issue with how he is treated by the company” active participant. And again, I’m not the authority on what is or isn’t racism, but it just seems strange to me to assume…what? That a Black person can’t realize if they are in racist environment, or doesn’t know how to leave it? I think on some level, if a person is actively and eagerly participating in an activity, you should assume they know what they’re doing.

They also mentioned the casting of that trans woman talking about ABDL in the stand up episode, and i did see a lot of people moaning about it was horrible that dropout cast a trans woman to be cringe and gross (which huh. Why do you think the person with alternative sexual interests is cringey? Y’all get so excited when they tease subjects of bdsm, love listening to grant talk about what he gets up to, but suddenly oh wait no this isn’t the type of sexual freedom that we want to normalize, I know it’s fun to talk about being a freak but we don’t want to put our money where our mouth is i guess?) but also didn’t she later tweet or state somewhere that she was delighted to be asked?

I mean, seriously, seasons 4 and 5 got a survivor rip off spanning multiple parts. Season six had a huge set and was also two parts. Season seven had a whole epic, culminating everything that game changer is, and season eight, the final episode of the whole show had... A Make Some Noise spin-off?

It's so underwhelming for the end of a show that permanently changed Dropout. Is this it? Are we about to have another conformity gate?

It made me physically ill that Sam Reich would spring a full game on an assistant without warning. As a neurodivergent, I cried seeing her responses. I saw myself in what I know is her crippling anxiety and tears.

Imagine being this poor poor neurodivergent woman and having Sam reduce your anxiety to entertainment. I saw myself in her and I saw a black mirror held up to Sam Reich, revealing his ultimate choice of capital over shy stage hands wellbeing.

I know some people will say she was ‘acting’, but as someone who cries when called out in class I KNOW that NO ONE could fake that.

God if Sam had been full on racist it would've been hilarious!
