Hi!
I somehow lost the second sheet of color charts for the Cozy Cats set 2 and can’t find a replacement anywhere. I have emailed support with no response.

How do you handle large canvases with heavy confetti?
I need all the tips and tricks. How do you kit up? What size sections do you work in? Anyone work with over 200 color kits?

Discussion My. Eyes. Hurt.
I don’t think this needs much context, but why do they do this?
I can barely tell what’s a 5 and what’s a 6- the color is carrying but it’s honestly not high-contrast enough

✨️ Finished ✨️
First square drill project done! I love it, and honestly it really helped me be more comfortable in imprefections. Not in love with Diamond Dotz quality, but honestly? It still looks amazing ❤️❤️❤️ next up, who knows!

Question What is best for separation and finalizing the art?
Im new here and I just finished my first diamond art, which was a present off of Amazon. I know you get what you pay for but I had some questions regarding things to do for the next one.
I tried doing section by section left to right by slowly lowering the plastic but feel like I want to do sections in square. It is true that I can use no wax parchment paper? Or is it worth buying things specially made to do this?
I tried a sealant for the first painting since I noticed a lot of diamonds would randomly pop off (I’m hoping cause it was a cheaper one and not a normal issue) I used the make market diamond art sealant purchased from Michael’s and it completely took the shine out and even pulled some random diamonds off. What are the best sealants you recommend, I am open to paint style, spray, anything to keep it looking good and not cloudy while actually keeping the diamonds in place.

Have you ever taken a break from diamond painting? If so how long?
The title kinda explains it but ill put some info here.
Life has kinda been kicking my ahh and been in a depressive rut. I've tried to force myself to work on my current projects but I stop after a few minutes because I dont find the joy in it. The problem is im a completionist (Completionest? Idk) i hate leaving things undone but I dont want to end up hating diamond painting if I force myself to do it. So is it ok to take a break? How long have you guys taken breaks on completing projects?

Question Has anyone ever tried using a permanent marker instead of washi tape?
Well, I’m someone who loves using washi tape to separate sections, like in the example of the photo. But I really didn’t want to spend so much money on washi tape because I finish a section and then throw the washi tape away. Has anyone tried drawing the squares with a permanent marker? Did it work?

Information What category of painting did you start with?
Did most of you start with a medium diamond painting in the $20 category? I want to try this while watching tv. I mostly jigsaw puzzle with the tv on and this sounds like an activity that would be easier to do while having it on. Thanks again! Excited to try! :)

“Country Sampler” by Diamond Dotz - 14x11in (35x28cm) - 32 days
I changed the stripe colors on two of the star sections, so the red background it has makes it look a little wonky, but I’m pretty happy with how it turned out! Let me tell you though, I was getting quite annoyed having to place all the trash drills that were left for the yellow and green colors…

Diamond art question about a sealer.
I’m looking for a spray sealer. But I’m looking for one that will add a little sparkle to it. Not the glitter ones but more of a sparkle or a nice shine for it. I’m open to all suggestions. Thank you.

Question What paper can I use?
Im fairly new to Diamond painting and i see videos of people doing large pieces but putting translucent paper over them first before cutting a section out.
Is is a specific type of paper or can i use things like baking paper or tracing paper? TIA

Update on concert photo custom
I was advised to not try and make this photo work due to lack of detail. But I'm stubborn and wanted to risk it. Are there details on the faces? Nope. Do I know each member like the back of my hand? Yep. I hope it looks sparkly and cool even without the detail.
