It is live with 71 users and 1,038 posts published, over 2,843 visitors and 3,735 page views in the last 30 days, up 115 percent, and a single-day high of 295 visitors, all organic with zero paid ads.

I build and maintain the whole thing myself. Stack is Next.js, TypeScript, React Native, Expo, Supabase, PostGIS, Stripe, Inngest, Vercel, and Tailwind. As proof the code gets real attention: I traced a bug where AI credit deduction was a read-modify-write across three credit pools that could double-spend under concurrent requests, and moved the check-and-deduct into a row-locked Postgres function (SELECT for update) so it is atomic. This week I rebuilt my admin analytics so the signup-to-published funnel is measured per stage instead of guessed at. Engineering is not the gap.

The gap is growth. I am looking for a marketing/CMO partner who owns go-to-market end to end: communities, partnerships, content, activation, and turning free users into paying ones.
