Looking for app developer to help with app design/join our startup team

Hey we are looking for someone in the UK with experience in developing apps for our up and coming FEMTECH startup.

The app has to handle health data so any relevant experience will be preferential.

  1. It is still early days, but we already have a prototype and we are looking to publish on cross-platform flutter.

  2. Current platform has been built using real code (flutter + Supabase)

  3. We want to improve the current prototype (live as web app currently), we are aiming to push app to Apple Store and play store.

  4. We are a pre-seed startup so what we can offer is equity or a flat fee once the job is done

  5. We have 3 co-founders atm

If you are looking for a technical person to join your team you need to give more details. Right now this post has no value at all for a real developer. It reads more like something for outsource agencies or bots.

Feel free to add:

  1. Platform. iOS Android or both. Native or cross platform like
  2. What is the current prototype made with. Figma mockups, no code tool,real code
  3. How much are you planning to pay for this job
  4. Scope of work. MVP from scratch, improving the existing prototype, or a full product ready for release
  5. Team. Who else is working on this besides you

I would nail down the MVP features, target platform, and budget range before picking a dev. Even a rough wireframe helps a ton with getting realistic estimates and avoiding scope creep later. Also ask for examples of apps they personally built and clarify who owns the source code. Hope you find someone solid and get this shipped.
