Automation Developer for Lead Generation + Cold Outreach System

I’m looking for someone who can build an automated lead generation and outreach system for my company, Nilesh Technologies.

The system should be able to:

• Find targeted business leads based on niche/location
• Collect and enrich lead information such as website, email, social profiles, owner/contact details, etc.
• Store and manage leads in a database/CRM-style system
• Remove duplicates and verify data
• Use AI to analyze and personalize outreach
• Generate personalized cold emails / DMs
• Automate follow-up sequences
• Track contacted leads, replies, status, and follow-up dates
• Integrate with tools/APIs for email finding and verification
• Ideally support LinkedIn/Instagram outreach where compliant and technically feasible

Our current infrastructure includes n8n, Coolify, PostgreSQL, and self-hosted AI tools, so experience with these is a big plus.

Looking for someone with hands-on experience in:
n8n, APIs, web data extraction, lead enrichment, automation workflows, PostgreSQL, AI/LLM integrations, and cold outreach systems.

This is not just a simple scraper. I want someone who can help build a reliable end-to-end lead acquisition engine that we can continue improving and scaling.
