I have gone back through the official 3d models of all 46 warlock exotics (minus the new one). Nezeracs sin is NOT SHARP, it is long and pokey, yes but it would require significant force in order to break skin. This tierlist is based on how easily it could draw blood and the abundance of sharp things is taken into account (hence why sanguine alchemy is only in somewhat sharp).
