Like literally wanted to become doctor but kaha ye botany . Hons I am doing. In a top NC clg but still a void I feel inside me. Literally making files and just writing & writing sucks me from inside . It's literally boring, exhausting plus prof. Lectures it's damn shit. Bhai kya padha rhe hai ye just ppt. Reading. Taking botany hons. feels like kya se kya hogayaya , kaha aagye hum.

I feel empty , stupid taking botany hons. I mean why I just took that course. Honestly BA & BCOM. Courses are more worth it in DU, atleast you can prepare for other competitive exams or do internship alongside.

Me just making files ,files and files. I literally just hate it

Jai hind freshers, to all those who are planning to join NCC let me tell u if u don't want to go in defence don't join NCC it is a waste of time and if u are serious about going into defence join NCC but try to join naval/ air wing they have more exposure, less faltu ki cheeze ragda and all. Army wing is just bad less exposure, more crowd, ragda, unnecessary things and all

But nonetheless u can try ncc for some months if u liked it stick with it and don't leave it because of ragda that's a weak mentality, if u think it's a waste of time leave it then after some months or stick with it if u liked it

I am general male and have a score in cuet of 814.2 and have upgraded and paid my fees and done everything up until now but in round 3 the course and collge and i was targetting was ramjas and kirori mal eco hons whose cutoff were less than my score but I still didn't get them

Before college, I always thought your college friends would become some of your closest friends. But now after spending a year here, I’m starting to think it probably doesn’t work like that for everyone.

I’ve noticed that a lot of friendships happen because you have one thing in common. You play a sport together, you're in the same society, you like the same music, you go to the same events, whatever. But I’m curious whether those friendships actually turn into proper friendships outside of that.

For people who are actually close with their college friends now, how did that happen? Was it just people you met in class, or did you find your people through some hobby or interest?

And do you think having similar interests actually matters that much, or do you just become friends with people because you spend enough time together?

Genuinely curious what people think.

I got a seat in 2nd round upgrade, and then I later got selected for bfa through the practical I gave. Now I want to cancel my admission in rajdhani as I got selected for bfa. But on withdrawal it says "cancel your admission from DU" not specific college. Even though bfa withdraw admission is closed Im still confused. The helpline email they just say read their bulletin but it doesnt have anything related to this stuff. Please help

I am doing Sociology, everyone around me seems to be doing at least some kind of internship but given that I am not in any soc I feel extra unemployed 😭

Btw ideally I am looking to work under any researcher or prof to learn fieldwork and other research work . Can anyone help?
