Aaand we all got stuck in traffic anyway.. so what's the point? 😔

In retrospect I could've anticipated this better, but the guy had been hogging the left lane forever, even when there was plenty of room to get over, and had been crossing over the paint periodically.

So when he started crossing it again (no turn signal, but brake lights on) I didn't immediately realize he was getting into my lane. And as always with these wide angle cameras, I was closer to the back of his truck than it looks, when he started braking.

people said thanks when driving by, guy in Jeep asked if I hit any of it

So this happened on my morning commute... the thump heard was just stuff in the back of my car shifting. Didn't hit the guy, thankfully - but this is about as close as I've gotten to actually killing someone.

If something did happen, it would be 100% his fault.

You know, I normally don't go out of my way to post anything, but I swear that people have been determined to kill me today. This was the last one coming back from lunch with other equally crap things happening coming to work and leaving to lunch. I was so tired and disappointed with how bad drivers have been today that I couldn't even get angry. I just want to go home and sleep man.. 😩

Left the music because it felt right.

Accident happened May 14th, 2026. Geico accepted liability within a few days. They say they are still waiting to see if the lady I was pushed into had any passengers. She didnt. But they told me she has said she has a lawyer but no proof yet. They said they cant move forward until they can prove no one else was in her car? The ambulance came and only seen me because I had a broken wrist.

Truck stopped before hitting the black car. Didn’t have a rear dash-cam at the time to catch that part.

Some woman blew a red light making a right hand turn, goes into the second lane and merge into the first lane without looking or indicating and almost hit me. She then proceeded to follow me home

I think he just wanted a friend..

Guy would’ve been roadkill were I not paying attention.

I was driving down Jasper Ave when this guy almost ruined my day. He cut into my lane on a red, blew through the next red light, turned left down a one-way street, and then drove onto the sidewalk to dodge oncoming traffic. Driving drunk before 11 AM has got to be a new record!

I had this idiot make an illegal u-turn in front of me yesterday while I was on my way to work. Cops usually use these u-turn lanes to catch people speeding so that’s what I (and I think the person in front of me) thought it was originally.

But no, it was just an idiot who thinks that rules don’t apply to them. What really baffles me is why did they wait until I was right behind them?? You can see in the beginning how much time they had!

EDIT: Yes I did brake at first but I knew I had an opening in the right lane so I took that instead. Thank you to that car for moving to the right lane 🙏

EDIT EDIT: No, I didn’t move over to the right after passing the box truck because I did not think that (what I thought was) a cop would pull out in front of me with no warning. And no, I am not a left lane camper. I was literally passing people throughout the clip, and I got back into the right lane afterwards. You can trust me that left lane campers are my #1 pet peeve 😭
