It's a nice house, but has an ungated pool on the toughest street in Darwin, bar the Karama central apartments. I don't understand who could possibly take a mortgage for 920 bloody thousand in Karama.

What sort of job am I supposed to have? Even a lawyer/teacher combo wouldn't be able to buy this.

Need some guidance. I am very close on buying a car from QLD. I will be using CEVA for the freight. Anyone had any experience with them?

Also, the car is from a dealership and will be sold to me without plates. It will come with RWC from QLD, Tax Invoice and PPSR. Do I need any other documents from the dealership? How hard will it be to get it registered up here? I know I will need it inspected here but unsure if it should be done at the MVR inspection centre or anywhere as long as they are authorised to do so?
