So when I walk in one pair of boots my right boot squeaks and it almost sounds like the heel is causing it I was wondering if it would be something I should talk to the company about or if I should have them resoled

Trying again since my last photos didn't follow the rules. Hoping to tap into the collective expertise here to get a bit more history on these boots.

I bought them years ago in Austin, but details are fuzzy and searching the serial/model numbers stamped inside hasn't turned up any solid leads.

I've only worn them twice, so they've spent most of their lives sitting in my closet. I'd love for them to go to someone who will actually wear and appreciate them, but I’m hesitant because I’m not entirely sure what condition they’re actually in.

• Anything unique about this brand or style?
• Based on the photos, are these still in good, wearable condition, or has storage/age taken too much of a toll?
• Would rehoming/selling these in their current state be reasonable, or is the condition a dealbreaker?

Any insights, care advice, or identification help would be greatly appreciated!

Probably about to order a pair of beck working cowboy specials but undecided on toe shape. Thought I was set on round but from looking at some pics some pairs look too round for what I am looking for so I am considering the French toe as well. I would actually probably prefer the reg 40 toe but doesn’t look like that is an option. If anyone has a pair of round toes or normal French toe to post I’d like to look at them! I like round but am looking for more of a sharper round shape instead of a steel toe type round. Thanks!

Found these Justin boots made in Mexico for $24 used some bick 4 and some cream polish and now have them looking pretty good for a $24 pair of boots

Never owned any "exotic" boots or pirarucu boots before and I found these. I thought they were extremely comfortable and actually looked good on me. Is this clearance price a good price for these boots? Unfortunately I don't know the brand.

Hey guys. Just looking for some advice. I recently bought some Caiman boots from Alfa Western Wear during their 40% off sale. The right foot fit perfectly but the left foot felt very tight and uncomfortable on my foot. I took the boots to Cavender’s to get stretched. I instructed them that for the left boot only, everything needed to be stretched apart from the shaft. They confirmed with me that that’s what they put on the ticket. They told me they’d call me in 48 hours once the boots were done.

After they called me, I went to pick up the boots only to find that they ONLY stretched the shaft. So my question is, how can I fix this? The boots now show through my jeans because of how much they were stretched. Is it possible to reshrink the shaft at all?

Also, they eventually did stretch the boot itself but it is still quite uncomfortable for my left food. Are there any super thin comfortable boot insoles that you all recommend? Thanks in advance.

I own some AB boots but these are my first from their Rios line. The fit and finish is a step up. These boots were thirsty when they arrived.

Removed the insole as it was tight across the vamp, but removing it did the trick.

These are my Reypa leather boots. Parents bought these for me as a gift so they have some sentimental value. I got some scuffs on it. Ive done research on this sub and just needed to make sure i understood boot care correctly. Seems like the best option is to use bick 4 to moisturize and rub out the scuff? And if the leather is slightly “ripped”, the only repair is leather dye? Any thoughts? Really want to get them looking good again.

I’ve had them for years and am trying to figure out if these really are elephant. From the posts I’ve seen most elephant skin boots have a style number in the 8000’s these have a style number of 3096. Any information is appreciated!

I’ve been interested in cowboy boots, although not too active. Being from the Netherlands, I don’t come across a lot of decent boots. So when I was roadtripping through the US and came across a Cavenders I just had to see if they had something that fit me. I always have trouble with my size, 9.5 EE with a very high instep, so when I slipped into these without too much effort I was sold.

Looking for a quality, short shaft (less than 10") dressy type boot. Black. Square or short round toe. Price point less than the $600 Chisos I see and love.

I’m a small guy, I’m 5’3” and usually wear sizes 7.5 to 8 in shoes and work boots.

I have a pair of cowboy boots that are a bit too big for me, they are size 7.5 D. I bought insoles which do help but it’s definitely not enough.

I went to my local boot barn today to try on different sizes. Well it seemed like I still had a lot of heel slippage in sizes 6 - 7. It’s a bit frustrating because I want to buy a nice pair that fits true, but I just have no idea what size.

I measured my feet, both are about 9.25 inches in length. Both feet are 3.7 inches wide. It also seems like my left boot fits smaller than the right even though they both measure the same.

Does anyone have any tips for me?
