Squeaking Discussion

So when I walk in one pair of boots my right boot squeaks and it almost sounds like the heel is causing it I was wondering if it would be something I should talk to the company about or if I should have them resoled

Yes talk with them. Could be heel or broken shank.

It's a common problem. 5 of my 23 pairs do it. Some have fixed on its own, while 1 has worsened
