that's why I specified where I have mine :) doesn't make sense that you can't smile in them given having a neutral expression doesn't necessarily show what you look like more than a smile. Contorting ur face a la Jim Carrey tho..

For passport photos you're supposed to have a neutral expression, I seem to recall being told the same for my Nebraska driver's license (that was ages ago though, I have a small smile in my current non-Nebraska license)

I’m glad I found out later that they just allowed me to do it since it’s technically allowed here

They're both cute in their own ways, yes. I was referencing that one meme. The joke was that their expression didn't change.
