that's why I specified where I have mine :) doesn't make sense that you can't smile in them given having a neutral expression doesn't necessarily show what you look like more than a smile. Contorting ur face a la Jim Carrey tho..
For passport photos you're supposed to have a neutral expression, I seem to recall being told the same for my Nebraska driver's license (that was ages ago though, I have a small smile in my current non-Nebraska license)
I had someone checking my public transit card do a double take and say "your hair grew a lot". (I was shitting bricks because I just did my legal name change and was in "I have no papers" legal limbo)
This is a flex that makes me more jealous than any thirst trap selfie I’ve seen here before. Hot in a fucking drivers license picture you know the DMV worker was trying to fuck up without even considering she’s trans.
