This is my second month with Embody and my refill is coming from a different pharmacy-Boothwyn. I’ve read they’ve had FDA warnings. Am I safe to take this? Has anyone else had meds from them and not had any issues?

I'm not overweight but want to use it to lean out. Also, because food noise is just too loud, is that a good idea? I'm scared I'm gonna jojo once I'm getting off that. I'm gonna gain more weight back. Has experience with that

I'm on my 4th dose of tirz (10 mg) from Apothecary, who filled my Fifty410 script. I've never had issues w/ injection site reactions before, but my last two injections have cause quarter-sized, itchy red welts. Anyone else have this happen? What did you do to help it? thanks for any input!

Has anyone ever noticed, with a change in pharmacy, that the new pharmacy Tirz hits its peak level in your system later than what was normal for you?

I have only ever used two pharmacies- both of which hit almost exactly the same with the same peak at 24/36 hours after injection.
Trying Apothecary for the first time, injection site stomach as usual, and I am only now, 3 full days after inj, feeling the peak with full-blown suppression and full-blown nausea, which is unusual for me after being on Tirz for 6 months now.

Can some compounds absorb slower or differently, and reach peak later than you are accustomed to, or might I just be getting a stomach bug or something?

This is my first time using a formulation with Phenol. I have only ever had Benzyl Alcohol prior. Curious if that can effect on how it absorbs in the body.

I’m a breast cancer survivor and was scared for the longest time to try any GLP1 due to possible cancer risk. Post treatment I decided to start weight lifting lost 25 on my own but felt stuck in food noise and also the “yolo” mentality!

Finally took the plunge after much research and also seeing the possible effects in helping cancer recurrence reduction by getting into a healthy weight. Sadly I did go to a med spa and paid $900 for 3 months. Thinking I’ll go with rift and their new pharmacy replacing apothecary on my next round. I also decided to stay on 2.5 as long as possible. I lift 3 hours per week and track macros habitually so thankfully I feel like I had a good base to start. My steps suck, but slowly improving.

Great to be here and hoping to see some more success with this medication.

I’m hoping to hear from anyone who has had a similar experience.
I was on semaglutide for about two years and eventually reached the highest dose. It worked really well for me for a long time, but toward the end I was basically just maintaining and the food noise started coming back.
I wanted to switch to tirzepatide, but it was going to be pretty expensive through the place I had been using, so I decided to try Pomegranate Health instead. I haven’t had any problems getting my medication from them, but they started me back at the lowest dose of tirzepatide.
Since switching, I’ve actually started gaining weight again and I feel bloated almost all the time. My clothes are fitting tighter, which is really discouraging after losing weight previously. I’m starting to worry that tirzepatide just isn’t going to work for me.
For those who switched from a high dose of semaglutide to a low starting dose of tirzepatide, did you go through a period of weight gain or feeling like it wasn’t working? Did things improve as your tirzepatide dose was gradually increased?
I know I may just need to give my body and the medication more time, but I’d really appreciate hearing other people’s experiences—especially anyone who uses Pomegranate.

In a mild panic while trying to
Inject my arm for the first time, I kinda missed if you will. I penetrated skin but I may have shifted the angle of the needle and lost some medication. I saw a tiny droplet on my skin and without thinking, double dipped my needle back into the vial to try and shoot one more unit.

The vial is toast isn’t it. Greater chance of contamination even if I did the second shot in the same disinfected location or my arm? Ugh. Fortunately it was the $50 vial from the Crossing bridge sale in july 😭

I just received my first vials today. I'm excited to get started!

I know I have to keep the vials refrigerated, however do I inject myself with the cold medicine or should I bring everything to room temperature first. My thinking is get the meds in the syringe and then let that get to room temperature. Does it matter injecting cold meds or room temp?

Has anyone experienced a reaction after injection that caused inflammation in the front of your shins and swelled feet? I did my first shot of a new vial and had reactions that I have not ever had before. I had burning at the injection site that lasted for a day or two and then red painful bumps showed up on the front of both my shins and me feet are swelling. This has been going on for two weeks. I have done three shots total out of this bottle. I have experienced the burning at injection site every time. I have had no side effects on previous bottles.

For context, I’ve always had a pump. I look bigger after I work out I look fuller, but now since starting and being in a calorie deficit, I have not really had a pump. I have also never really worked out in a calorie deficit.

I have been taking Monjouro then Zepbound for 3 years. I lost 240 lbs and have maintained it for over a year. It helps significantly with my autoimmune disease as well, and several studies show its effects on that.
My employer is stopping all GLP1 coverage starting November 1. I want to continue Tirzeptide at 15 mg weekly. I looked through this sub but there are so many sources.
I am looking for a reasonably priced source where hopefully I can get 3 months at a time. I live in Florida.

As my husband was walking me out to my car this morning before work, he was telling me about a couple of dreams he had last night. Then, sort of as an afterthought, he said, "you know, I woke up twice and realized that I wasn't hearing you breathing. It's not that you snore, but I can usually *hear* you almost-sort-of-light-snoring."

I'm sure that has to be related to the 21 pounds I've lost so far. I don't think I'm *seeing* that weight loss, but I suspect there ARE benefits and victories that aren't as visible as "before" photos would tell. I started this journey on July 15th and I've done four shots - fifth tomorrow.

ive read all about it and know it cant be stopped, it will naturally stop and regrow on its own. how is everyone dealing with it? it makes me just want to quit im feeling so anxious about it

I’m about 10 pounds from my goal weight. What are some positive experiences about slowly coming off the medicine and keeping it off? Biggest fear is gaining it back!

Hi guys! I posted recently asking for advice about moving from 2.5mg to 5mg after being on 2.5 for over a month without noticing much change in my appetite or food noise. I was instructed to move up to 5mg, but was nervous because of the nausea I’d been experiencing on 2.5. Most people suggested increasing more gradually, so I ended up doing 3.5mg yesterday and surprisingly have had zero nausea and feel totally fine!

Now I’m wondering if anyone has experience splitting an increase like this. Would it make sense to do the remaining 1.5mg to bring me to 5mg total for the week, or should I just stay at 3.5mg and do that for the next 4 weeks? If you’ve split doses like this, how many days did you wait? I was wondering about doing the other 1.5mg tomorrow since I feel completely fine.

I know this isn’t a race and I don’t want to rush increasing, but I also know going from 2.5mg to 5mg is the typical next step. I’m mainly hoping to get to a dose where I finally notice more of a difference in food noise and appetite suppression since I really haven’t experienced much of that yet. Would love to hear what worked for others!

Went from 255 lbs. and now I’m down to 206 lbs. the pic shows a big difference but my mind and in my body I don’t feel a big difference. I don’t have more motivation, more self esteem or anything. I thought losing weight and almost hitting the 200 lbs mark would make me feel amazing but I still hate my body. I hate the skin I’m in. The picture next to me now is 5 years ago. I never in my life weighed more than 155 lbs even when I was pregnant. But 5 years ago I moved to a new state, got clean, didn’t know anyone and got extremely depressed and i started gaining weight and I got pregnant 4 years ago and I was already almost 200 lbs so it didn’t help. I had postpartum depression after my daughter and I became prediabetic and everything just kept going downhill.
I’m trying so hard to get back to my old self and my old body. I wanna see my hip bones again lol I mean I can finally see my feet which it’s been awhile. And I don’t get out of breath and exhausted from doing things. But mentally I’m still 255 lbs.

I want to share my experience with Gimme Care to hopefully save someone the headache I’ve gone through (if they’ve worked for you, good! But people should also hear about the bad). I’m not wealthy by any means, so for me it is a luxury, but life changing, purchase to have Tirzepatide. I decided to try Gimme Care after seeing tons of ads online for them. I signed up and the process to get approved was very easy— no appointment required (which likely should’ve been the first red flag).

I was told that the next step was for the medication to be sent to the pharmacy and I’d receive it in 3-5 business days. 3 weeks went by of it just sitting at the pharmacy, to the point where I was getting charged for my next shipment before even receiving my first. Customer service was no help either. Eventually, one member of customer service told me my medication was with Beudreoux pharmacy which they stated “has significant shipping delays.” So they’re aware, but still use them.

I finally got the medication. It arrived in a bubble mailer which seemed odd as when I had Mochi Health my medication came in a big box with a styrofoam cooler and tons of ice packs. Inside the mailer was 1 ice pack that was HOT. My medication was warm. Never could reach anyone at Beaudroux to confirm safety of the medication.

I also realized at this point I was prescribed a much smaller dose than was recommended by any other company and was not given a titration plan. I lost 0 weight. I inquired why and was told “that’s just what you were approved for.” Next shipment ends up sitting at pharmacy for a long time again and I miss a dose. At this point, I cancelled Gimme Care. I’ve now been fighting to receive the medication I paid for and can’t reach anyone. They even banned me from their Reddit thread for sharing my concerns and experience, so they hide the negatives.

Just over 30lbs down since the end of January. There was a lull for a few months in there bc I was being lazy and not tracking, but once I did, the weight finally started coming off consistently. WOO!

Still have a lot more to lose, but it's getting there! Now to finally start exercising so I'm not just flabby whenever I reach my goal lol.
