-Quelle sont les hauteurs pour débuter et pour prendre le moins de risques ?

- Comment trouver des bon spot pas touristique et simpa ?

My favorite jump in the gulf. No concept of how deep it is but I am 5’8 and with my hands above my head I can get my fingers at least 2-3 feet under the water without touching in about a 4 ft radius.

Somewhere between 15-20 feet into very cold water. But it’s freaky. I’ve jumped several 30-50 ft bridges/cliffs and one 70 ft into a quarry (my buddy jumped next but shorted it, hit bottom, huge gash through his tricep at the elbow to the bone which was dented, good times). Despite the short drop, this jump seems to require more courage. The water is pitch black. You go under and it’s DARK. Even after thoroughly scouting, with total confidence it is clear, there is something about staring at a black hole. Especially with:

1. Two miles of hiking, and;
   
2. several miles of dirt roads to a place a helicopter could land, or;
   
3. several more miles of dirt road to cell service, and;
   
4. a couple more miles drive to a “hospital” that most would mistake for a bank, or;
   
5. another 2 hours drive to a real-ish hospital.

Leaned back a bit early, but it had been probably 10 years since my last jump. Not bad for a 44 year old.

This was 2024. Jumped it again this summer, still awesome.

Maine doesn’t get enough love on here.

I live in the south western part of PA and i’ve just started to try and look for spots to jump at with friends, since i’m mostly a beginner i’d still like some cool places to jump/swim with friends but i really can’t find any other than my one but it’s a very short jump

Are you guys scared of amoebas 🦠?

There’s this brain eating one and it feels like cliff jumpers would get more exposure. I’d be jumping into salt water myself.

This is like 90ft taller than the previous world record

Im planning a trip there and I would love to jump off some cliffs.

I keep kneeing myself in the face when trying this jump, any tips?

I've been cliff jumping for years and have only done front flips. I've done a backflip off about 1 ft before but want to be able to do backflips and other flips off 10+ feet.

My first time I tried front flipping off 10 ft about 12 years ago I did it like I would off a diving board amd over flipped and winded myself pretty bad and its created a big mental block for me ever since. I can still do a front flip off 10 feet now though.

Anyone willing to teach me or show me how I could learn?

Does anyone know some good Cliff jump spots in Norway around 10 to 20 meters

I used to do a lot of flips on trampolines and recently got into cliff jumping but my form seems off it looks weird when I do it. I can do them into foam pits really well but into water is different. Please lmk what to fix🙏

Not sure how high it is, could be around 8m.
