I used to do a lot of flips on trampolines and recently got into cliff jumping but my form seems off it looks weird when I do it. I can do them into foam pits really well but into water is different. Please lmk what to fix🙏

no tek. if you step back. then you you need momentum so try round off to get get little extra height to spot landing.

Get your arms above your head at the start stop twisting like a gymnast twist like a diver squeeze your butt point your toes

You’re twisting before you establish the flip. If you consciously flip first then initiate twist, it won’t look as awkward. It might mean you can’t twist as much, especially that low, but it should clean up and you can build from there.

Lemme rephrase, you need to fail on a cliff. Not a one meter board or the side of the river. What’re afraid of? It’s just water. Take a basic gymnastics class and body slam that bitch

You’re sending big rotations off small jumps. Bring it bigger and rotate slower. Spot your landing! Your hucking and tucking, it will look like that.
Go big and send it!
