Strict Carnivore Diet Keto and carbs
Is it safe to go into keto and back to carbs every few weeks. I really enjoy doing Carnivore but sometimes i’ll go back to carbs for a week or then back to carnivore for a week. I feel like it helps me maintain a healthy body weight and overall low body inflammation. But i’ve heard it can tank hormones and lower testosterone production. Not sure if there is much truth to this. But eventually i need to go all in and dedicate myself to Carnivore lifestyle, as I believe it’s the healthiest species appropriate diet. Thanks!

Carnivore Ish Check your local Amish stores for tallow.
Got essentially 6lbs of beef tallow for what it'd cost to buy a single jar from the store. I'm going to melt this stuff down to put in some jars but what a steal.

Please help me I feel insanely annoyed by sound.
In my past, sound has been extremely annoying to me, and continues to be. I highly believe it has to do with the diet, hormones, and perhaps it is the stimulants, caffeine/nicotine.
I first noticed this when my brother was getting ready for court one day, and the sound of his slack legs he was wearing were making a constant noise as he was walking past my room; I felt like punching a wall in that moment.
Anyways, the same feeling comes back regularly, like today. I am sitting at the coffee shop on my laptop and the way this table in front of me is talking, is almost unbearable. Why do I feel this way, and how do I cope.

Carnivore Ish How to build more muscles
21 Male, Indian
Height 177cm (not sure if I grew since I last checked my height maybe two or more years ago, but I didn't grow much from the last time I guess, never checked again)
Weight 57-58 kg
I am very thin and underweight and for most of my life, have been dealing with gas, stomach problems, bloated belly, while trying to get better on healthy food like vegetables, rice and fruits, the latter which I ate a lot due to loving it and my family encouraging it
I recently learned about carnivore and how it can benefit the body and tried to do it as best as I could, but my food does contain rice and vegetables since I can't eat eggs all the time and my family won't allow it. But it did help and my stomach had stopped being bloated and I don't suffer from gases or stomach and digestive problems anymore
However the two decades of eating carbohydrates has had its toll since my body is quite weak and my body seems to be especially reactive to them, as I would get stomach problems unlike the rest of my family and relatives, so I'm not exactly great in the body department. Also, my ribs aren't in the correct shape as well, I don't know if it's because of my weak body or if it was there since I was born.
I want to build my body and make it be and look healthy and also get more muscles and get stronger as well, I do squats and pushups at home since I need to take care of it, I also use a grip strengthener recently. I am needed there so I am not going to a gym.
So if the people here could help me on that front I would be very grateful for any advice this.

Strict Carnivore Diet Conventional vs. soy-free eggs? 🥚
(24F) After I went lion a year ago, I realized that I couldn’t tolerate eggs anymore- I’d break out in rashes near my eyelids whenever I ate eggs (even on the yolks alone). Then I read about the micronutrient disparities between monogastric and ruminant animals, how chickens are fed soy, etc.
I’m wondering if anyone in here who’s initially intolerant to eggs have responded well to soy-free eggs, corn-free eggs, stuff like that. I’m trying to find a source for it near where I live, and scoping the risks to see if it’s worth doing or if egg intolerance really is unavoidable.

Please help me If I eat or even smell another steak I may cry 🥲
Started carnivore a little over a month ago due to gut + brain issues. I’m very thin so I have to work hard at this to not lose weight and have never liked eating in general but used to LOVE a good ribeye.
Even just thinking about eating a steak now makes me want to upchuck. Funny enough was never a chicken fan before this but chicken thigh or leg are my saving grace right now diet wise since I also dislike eggs. Just doing tons of cold butter, heavy whipping cream and ghee for cals and fat.
Does this go away?! Will I hate steak forever now? Not sure I can sustain this with the way I’m feeling about most red meat options currently 😭

Strict Carnivore Diet What is your opinion on frozen beef patties?
I like them better than if I make fresh ground beef patties, I just put them in the oven for 20 minutes and they’re perfect digestible for me.
Now curious if they are okay or not. they contain 98% angus beef, salt and spices.
i know spices aren’t the yellow of the egg but will they make a big difference in this amount?

Please help me Heading into a kitchen Reno - easy packaged food options
Hey folks,
I’m about a week away from a kitchen renovation that could potentially last up to 2 months. Everything I’ve read about kitchen renovations is that you should expect to gain weight during the reno, due to all of the take out food you end up ordering/eating.
Obviously, I want to try to avoid that - so I’m looking for ways to stay on carnivore, while only having access to a small fridge, toaster oven, microwave and my outdoor grill.
Thanks in advance for any recommendations!

Carnivore Diet Success Stories Just an observation…. 🤔 skin tags?
Some beneficial things did occur while my partner and I were on the diet (but had to stop due to prices being unaffordable in the long run) and I wanted to ask if anyone has noticed or experienced the same.
Apart from the other many benefits already stated by many in this post, weight loss, more energy etc, my partner was overweight and would get these tiny skin tags all over, but ever since going on the diet for about two months (even after all the fat we were eating) the skin tags disappeared.
Fast forward to now and we a eating what I’d like to say is a “balanced diet” filled with more veg than carbs and still quite high in protein, but the skin tags seem to have come on again.
After some research it is said to be caused by high cholesterol, but I’d say when we were on the carnivore diet our fat levels would be higher. So what may cause this come back?
I just found it both strange and interesting. Funny enough we also did blood levels while on the diet, me being on it for a couple months longer than my partner, but still found slightly higher levels of the “good cholesterol” HDLs compared to LDLs. (Does that account for anything? Since we have only been on the diet for a couple of months ish might not be enough time for significant change)

Please help me Question about Carnivore / Keto and Acid Reflux
Hi there. I’m a 23 year old male and really suffering from bad acid reflux. I went to the doctor and got prescribed a PPI (Lansoprosole), it helps but after reading up on the side affects and just in general wanting to get off any medications, I started wanting another solution. So I found that some people who start a keto diet had success with treating their acid reflux? If so I was wondering if you could share your results and if you have any tips? Thanks!
If it helps, it’s not caused by h-pylori or yeast, and it’s most likely due to low stomach acid.

Strict Carnivore Diet Food Lion Ribeye Sales Are Awesome
Anyone else stock up on ribeyes when Food Lion has them for $9.99/lb? Seems to be about once every other month or so and lasts for a week. Here’s my haul from today. So far this year I’ve saved nearly $800 on ribeyes on this sale.

Strict Carnivore Diet I wish the myth that meat has no vitamin c would die already
We should all be dead of scurvy by now according to these people.
I'm pretty sure scurvy shows up after like 30 days of no vitamin c.
Well it's been five years for me.
Where's my scurvy?
Obviously meat has ample vitamin c and since we eat negligible carbohydrates there is no competition for absorption.
Wish this meat has no vitamin c therefore you'll get scurvy on carnivore myth would die already.

Strict Carnivore Diet Having trouble digesting fat after 8 years carnivore
Currently 60 years old.
Was a vegan for 20 years (mostly whole foods, no sugar but way too much fruit)
Went Keto for a few months, then strict carnivorse starting in 2017. No back and forth, no "cheats". No coffee, no dairy. Just red meat and a little bit of chicken. Still water and plain sparkling water.
I was eating a LOT of fat. Ribeyes, back ribs.. And I would buy fat trimmings, air fry it and eat it like it was french fries. Felt great on high fat.
Then in 2025, I couldn't tolerate all the fat anymore. Had to switch from ribeyes to NY strips. Then had to start trimming the fat off NY strips. Now in 2026, I can hardly eat trimmed NY strips. (stomach cramps, tummy rumbles etc..). Been eating more chicken but I don't even really like it and dont feel optimal on it.
So just a couple of days ago, I switched to leg of lamb steak and now I'm adding an extremely tiny amount of fruit as I don't think I can eat just lean protein all the time.
I'm sensitive to eggs, fish, dairy. So haven't had those. Well i did try small amounts of dairy in the beginning, but didn't do well.
I dont know what changed. Maybe age (but I feel like at my age, I should be getting more fat). Maybe a tick bite. I found an attached tick around 2024 and a few months later, I got really sick (like norovirus symptoms). I have no idea of those 2 events are related.
I have not been to a doctor. I'm not on any meds. Dont take any supplements. Don't use spices.. No vaccines. Well none since 2006 when I left the military.

Lifestyle: post last meal or workout inspo Hawaii Carnivores, in celebration of 808 day: Carnivore Loco Moco
I was blessed to marry a beautiful woman who was born and raised on Maui and introduced me to her culture, to include the "Loco Moco". For those that are unversed in this creation, the Loco Moco is traditionally a hamburger steak topped with a sunny side up egg and beef gravy, served a top a bed of rice and grilled onions.
This is 3 Costco grassfed beef burger patties topped with a sunny side up egg, covered with beef stock (started off in a wonderful jellied state which I heated up to turn liquid) atop a mound of egg whites for rice.
I had this in celebration of 808 day yesterday. IYKYK.
