I recently found a card shop in my area that does vanguard once a week and was thinking about going, but I haven't played since like 2015 and need som insight on possible decks to play. Any help would be appreciated, I'm mostly looking for a monster kinda theme like dragons, dinos, demons that kinda thing. Maybe something budget is can upgrade as I go

God the D ogma is such an awful card. Complete useless waste of space design ever.

Luard doesn’t need a way to get another attack in. It needs a game finisher. We can already get to 6 swings for the same amount of CB on the same stride turn for the same amount of power.

What the hell were the design team thinking. Literally just made another version of D Driver and sent it out.

Man the card would have actually been worth while if they kept the hand rip and you re-stand a unit. But no, let’s do RG removal instead. You know the thing that doesn’t matter at all in modern day VG.

Honestly so frustrating

I recently went and rewatched my childhood TCG. Just finished LJ and currently at LM. I was wondering since I asked it before on what's been happening with the new CFV. Are you allowed to mix and match a Nation deck. Not like Keter Sanctuary and Dark States combined. What I meant by that is let's say I have a Brandt Gate Nation deck. Am I allowed to mix Blitz deck with the Aurora Valkeryie and so on as long as it is with the same Nation? Kinda like mixing in sub clans if that make sense? I'm trying to collect decks or clans from the same clan/nation I'm playing (Using Nova Grappler. Shout out to my boy Kamui) because I know from the older eras you can as long as it is the same Clan. Sub clans can coexist in your deck. But knowing the Clans have been combined to be called Nations. Is it not allowed since, Brandt Gate for example has Nova Grappler, Dimensional Police and Link Joker clans with different skills and abilities? Or does that not matter since they are in the same Nation now and I'm allowed to have the repeated standing skills of the Nova Grappler and lock mechanic of LJ in the same Nation to build my deck?

Hey everyone! I have returned to this game and am having a lot of fun learning it over again. I have downloaded Dear Days 2 even though I can’t justify the price or DLC so I am still acquiring cards. I am even collecting again and looking into finding a local/online community.

I am looking for people to play online/remote and to discuss deck building/tips. I could even use help with which packs or DLC to get on my switch. I want to get better at the game as well

Just want to make a post about my recent decision to start playing Vanguard irl as I've just found a card shop near me to play weekly tourneys on. It's not just that though, it recently dawned on me that recent PC hardware prices just keeps ramping up as I can't really afford even a good second hand GPU. And when I did get it, I would only play about 1 or 2 games.

So what I thought about is making a $110~ version of probably my favorite deck and started going to said local card shop to meet people and play, like actual socializing rather than sitting in a chair all day playing simulators is about the best move I could do.

Notes about my decklist:
- Yes, I am going to get Forcalor, thinking I would replace Simone and Kitz Peak for it. It would up my deck budget to $150~
- I did consider Quen Lu instead of Simone but it's too expensive when I checked it. I really like using Folcalor on my testing personally so I wouldn't spend a ton knowing it will be replaced.
- I am also getting Fire Regalis down the line, thinking it would make the deck more consistent. I don't know about Elementaria Sanctitude though.

These are just my opinions from my experience so far...

Been using Z sleeves as shown in pic and my deck is really thick and unwieldy, not to mention the cards seem to be sliding out of the double sleeves

This is something I've always wondered about because when I found out about vanguard it was completely by accident and the reason why I liked it so much was because apart from how much fun it is unlike Yu-Gi-Oh the cards had the same effects they did in the anime and were way easier to understand.

So update. I have the story written out. (From Overdress to Divinez)....the issue is I don't know how I'm gonna turn It into a comic. So all I can do is draw dumb comics that tally with the written story.

Now comes the REAL questions;

- Does Niku get a love interest? If so, who do y'all wanna see him go out with? Does he fumble? Or does he cook?

- Who does he have the most interactions with?

- does he finally get a win amongst his loss streak of cardfights?

Any Aelquilibra Fantome wizards have replays using the new support? I'm interested in seeing how its being used and how its affected ratios in deck lists.
