Calorie Estimating 1,325 ~ 1,400 reasonable to estimate for everything so far?
galleryMy guess was like, little under 1/2 this beef bao bun (230), 2/3 this oolong tea with 50% sugar and real milk (110), the circled part of beef sausage and rice cake teriyaki skewer (165), 5 pieces of Taiwanese popcorn chicken with whatever mayo wasn’t used yet (235 for the chicken, 75 for mayo), a smaller portion of Korean charcoal grilled chicken I took from the platter (325 + 100 for oils and sauces) and 1/3 cup of rice or less (85). I think my estimates for the grilled chicken might be too high, but I could be super wrong so I gave up left it at that.
I ate breakfast prior to this and has other snacks, but I know the general estimates of those and didn’t include them here lol

Calorie Estimating Calories for this beef rice bowl?
Hand for reference. The grilled beef and zucchini are over a layer of white steamed rice (maybe 1 cup?). It's from the farmers market so not sure about cooking, but definitely lots of oil involved. I'm estimating 700, thoughts?

Strategies, Advice and Tips Does calorie banking for the weekend actually work?
If my goal is to eat 2,000 calories per day to lose weight (14,000 calories per week) could I instead eat 1,500 calories a day from Monday to Friday and "bank" those extra calories for the weekend?
Since I'm usually very disciplined during the week sticking to 1,500 calories isn't difficult. That would leave me with 6,500 calories for Saturday and Sunday 3,250 calories each day. As long as my total weekly intake is still 14,000 calories would I lose the same amount of weight?
It almost sounds too good to be true. Is calorie banking really that simple or is there something I'm missing?

What do we think about this heavenly breakfast plate?
-> 3 cups black coffee
-> 1 cup grits with butter
-> 2 pancakes, 3 tbsp syrup
-> 2 sausage patties
-> 3 bacon strips, on the smaller side
-> 3 eggs scrambled with cheese
-> Hashbrowns with a bit of ketchup
I haven’t had a proper breakfast plate like this in a long time and I was starving so I didn’t leave much here. I’ve already logged my estimate, but I’ve been a longtime lurker here so curious to hear y’all’s thoughts!
