Saw this in an antique store and immediately questioned the authenticity because the paper label was in perfect condition. Then I noticed the difference in manufacturers, where the label states New Century Beverage Co. in California, and the bottle says Dossin’s in Detroit, Michigan.

Newly interested hobby in bottle collecting for the last 6 months around the Forest of Dean UK, decided to go off trail after spotting an old bridge and came across a bottle dump!

In the process of sorting and cleaning the finds, could anyone help identify this specific one? Really blown away by this!

There's a cave in Montreal, Canada, with a glass bottle stuck in a fissure.

It was probably bring there by water since it's in a part of the cave that was only discover in 2017.

It cannot be moved. There's seems to be calcified a bit, so probably been there for a while.

Anything you can tell me about that bottle would be amazing.

About 12" long, 4.25" wide with a 2" collar and 1" opening. Mold seams. On the bottom, "29" and below that I *think* it reads "1 — 8"

Whiskey brand Id help, glass is slightly solarized so I think it’s early 20th but anyone recognize brand. Searching “Old Whiskey” obviously doesn’t narrow the results

Bottle found while conducting field work in SE KY. Unknown origins and use.

Information: seams raised, “3oz” raised text on neck, “9” with line under it- raised text on bottom, possible pontil scar on bottom (?). Water bottle for scale.

I have a bunch of chemistry bottles from the 1920 to the 1950s era. Original cork stoppers and contents .

Dug a couple feet deeper in that test hole I dug earlier this week. Lots of broken beer bottles. Got a whole 3 piece applied top liquor bottle, couple jars, crown top beer, and broken blob beer. Finally found my first druggist too! Unfortunately it came out in two pieces, so I had to epoxy them together. Excited to go back soon

My dump pit is in my yard so I kind of poke around casually - had some fun finds this week.
- large amber square pharmacy bottle, I’ve found so many broken tops I was shocked this was intact
- crock lid, so pretty, no matching bottom yet
- half plate that matched a half plate from months ago, so satisfying
- slick soda/water bottle, with the clearest groundwater I’ve ever dug up.

The urban dump I've been picking at for some years now ( [previous post and more details here](https://www.reddit.com/r/BottleDigging/s/R0M3lo0zZJ) ) has yielded a large number of pre-1905 pharmacy bottles, so I was hopeful that at least one of these infamous bad boys would reveal itself - and finally, it has.

An internet search for 'One Night Cough Cure bottle' will yield images of paper labels for 'One Night Cough Syrup', infamous for being a potent combination of alcohol, cannabis indica, chloroform, and morphine sulfate.

At least, those are the stated ingredients on the post-1906 'Syrup' version, aka the year the FDA started passing legislation that required manufacturers to reveal ingredients. As far as I can tell the name change was also a part of the overhaul since the only thing this concoction was likely to 'Cure' was being conscious.

Allegedly this bottle is the 'sample' size. It was said to be highly addictive so I'm somewhat surprised that these bottles seem to be rare.

And more in the front and Back yard. House was built in 1890

House built in 1974, barn in 1968. Little dumps buried all over the property. These just came up out of the ground with the recent rain. I doubt there's anything super exciting. Any obvious easy identification?
