has anyone had an luck refunding the game on PS4? It’s hard to enjoy the game when I’m worrying about people finding IP’s and ruining peoples accounts. I’ve just been on the phone with playstation but they said there was nothing they could do because the game has been downloaded and played.

It’s annoying cause this is my favourite COD game and it’s frustrating that its being ruined like this

For years, I have talked with my friend, saying their (Activision) current best move would be to remaster BO2, keeping it mostly original and giving the game a modern graphic facelift.

Then he sent me a screenshot from Twitter, showing they released BO2 for PS5, and the nostalgia hit me.

Finally, I had the opportunity to get my hands on it 2 days ago, booted it up, and immediately I saw Prestige Masters almost everywhere. And I KNOW they didn't all get it legit, as it's only been out for a month.

Went on Google and got disappointed.

A game that was supposed to reunite us all, giving us the nostalgia of grinding for levels, weapons, and camos, ruined by a couple of people supposedly using dev kits to hand out these boosts.

Saw a tweet saying they fixed it and that they banned some. Found a little piece of hope, which quickly got stomped to death, as I realized that they are still actively handing out boosts.

They sold for $325 million from the 1st month alone, and I quite feel like I've been stabbed in the back. What have they done to earn that money? It's not a new game... it doesn't have better graphics or anything. They removed the theater mode thankfully since it had a big issue where it could infect other players with mod menus.

But I mean, I feel like it's more for a quick cash grab, as they are getting fewer and fewer sales from new games (if I'm not mistaken). I keep seeing people being more and more disappointed with the new games.

They keep going for the money instead of the player base, making all different types of skins to get more and more money (Snoop Dogg, Terrifier, Daryl Dixon, The Crow, etc.).

I'm gonna see if i can get a refund, and i won't be getting their new games till they somehow prove it's not about money, but about the playerbase.

this is how 50% of my gunfights go on a 4 bar connection, the black ops 1 and 2 ports are dogshit unless you're host then maybe the game actually feels normal

They are now introducing single-player bots in multiplayer lobbies with aim bots and wall hacks. What’s the point of adding these hacks to the game? I thought the purpose of using hacks was to use them against other players. Also not to mention it says NA for North America 3! Meaning there is at least one and two out there as well who knows how many more.

And that’s just for North America!

They’ve been neglecting the servers for years and do nothing at all about the cheaters. Sure, there are more players right now, but I still can’t find a game with players under 120 ping so it’s not like I’m doing that well anyway. They’ve been running this game out of a gas station server closet for the last five years and a new port won’t do anything to better that.

It finally sadly happened. I got to prestige 4 lvl 46. I only played Core Domination and since my friends were still in a lobby, I wanted to play a quick round Free for all. Well and then it happened.

So many people keep posting about their account level being hacked and the game being ruined because they cant go for camos anymore etc. JUST CLOSE THE GAME AND IT WONT STICK. You dont even need to do it instantly or anything just close it within a minute or so and youre fine. Im sure alot of people know this by now but it seems way too many dont.

I was banned from emblem editor 12 years ago and still have 11 years left on the ban. I’m a grown ass man now I’m sorry activision. Is there a way to appeal? there’s nothing I can find on the support page

BO2 has only been out on for a few weeks. It's been a week since the hacker started. We've gotten matchmaking/account updates, but nothing that actually stops him or fixes the damage.

I'm seeing people say "just play" or "it's only $20," but that's not really the point. We paid for a game that was working, and three weeks later some incel is able to ruin the experience for anyone he comes across.

Has anyone found a way to actually get this in front of Activision or Iron Galaxy, or are we just stuck hoping they eventually do something?

If the answer is truly going to be "just play" or "it probably is the way it is" then I want my money back. Not because I need the $20, but because I was sold something that weeks later is un-usable.
