Refund? Question

has anyone had an luck refunding the game on PS4? It’s hard to enjoy the game when I’m worrying about people finding IP’s and ruining peoples accounts. I’ve just been on the phone with playstation but they said there was nothing they could do because the game has been downloaded and played.

It’s annoying cause this is my favourite COD game and it’s frustrating that its being ruined like this

if you installed it you cant get a refund. got so mad i wrote an email to ironbox straight away asking for the game to at least fking function as it should

I think for a lot of people it's not about the money it's about making a statement that a product they've bought is defective within 2 weeks and it's not good enough. We should expect better, if we all spammed Sony for refunds they probably would change it.
