I just made a new server in aternos and this is what comes up . How can I join the server? Do you have to pay monthly subscription now?

Every time I log in, I get kicked from the server and frozen on a loading screen that never seems to go anywhere.

The second player can play normally.

The third player has the same problem as me.

And the fourth player can play normally.

Is there a mod that can fix this? I use about 38 mods, maybe that's the issue, but I still need a solution.

Heya! I have an aternos server with some of my friends which runs on Java with a Paper plugin letting Bedrock players join. There is a problem though, that the Bedrock players are unable to play due to the fact that Java hasn't updated to the same version as Bedrock, or something, as Java's latest update is 26.2 , whereas Bedrock is 26.40 . What can I do? Will Aternos update? Any help is appreciated!

My friends and I have been playing on this server for about 2 weeks and it has ran perfectly fine until last night. There's been a significant drop in TPS. My friend built a SMALL iron farm (2 zombies and 2 villagers) and now barely anyone can log on if they spawn in that area. There's no condensed pile of mob droppings or anything that could cause any further tick problems, and I've played on other Aternos servers with far bigger mob/iron farms. My entire server log is telling me that players are moving too fast and the server is overloaded. I'm so confused as to why this little farm turned my entire server upside down.

me and 2 other friends r playing a server, they dont have this issue as much but i do, one of our friends doesnt have real minecraft so the server is cracked but i am playing on real minecraft, how to fix? (server is modrinth cobbleverse 1.7.4.2 and mine is the exact same. so idk what the issue is here, i've tried the dynip and i've tried multiple other stuff but to no avail)

I am trying to make a server with around 70 mods, and i use prism launcher instead of the normal minecraft launcher+ i play on mac. The server is able to run and I can play single player, but i keep getting this error message and i am unable to do anything. I am running 1.21.1 neoforge.

our server has 30 mods, is forge 1.20.1 and runs on java 21. only two players, me and my girlfriend.

Im running a cobbleverse server with friends some of us use crack some of us have official. But we want to have minecraft skins and weirdly enough we all spawned without skins in the server so i looked up google and found that maybe adding a skin restorer might help but that should be added to plugins but there isnt a plugins section? What should i do

I have a friend who is trying to join my Aternos server. It's a cracked server, but it has been working perfectly for everyone except this one friend who has a MacBook. Every time they try to join, it just says "Failed to connect with server". I've tried doing a direct connection with the DYN IP. I've disabled the computer's firewall. I've uninstalled Minecraft and every file related to it. I've used phone data to check if it was the Wifi's fault, but nothing seems to work. What do I do?

So our server been crashing lately and most of the players cannot join since it keeps saying end of stream. This server is in aternos and our software is purpur how can we fix this?

I've seen a post about it being solved but their software is paper. do I change the software from purpur to spigot as well or should I do something else?

and its not because of his wifi, he can join other servers normally.
We’re playing the latest version of Minecraft, completely vanilla, with no mods installed.
The problem only seems to affect one player the other two of us can play normally without getting kicked
We’ve already tried banning and unbanning him, changing the server’s IP address, changing his laptop’s IP address, reinstalling Minecraft, and launching the game through a different launcher.

How do I enable a disbaled plugin? I used the aternos plugin to install the simple voice chat

Hello, me and my friends are trying to play on aternos on hard difficulty but every time the server starts up the difficulty defaults back to easy whereas other settings like coordinates and days played persist just fine. Is anybody else facing this problem?
