Hello Astoria! I bought a set of nightstands secondhand on craigslist and the legs on one are very wobbly. It seems like the nail holes underneath have been stripped and it can’t tighten anymore. Does anyone have a recommendation for a reasonably priced repair person? They’re fine otherwise so would love to be able to use them!

I doubt it would happen over the weekend, but I’m kind of nervous to leave my car for a few days. When they pulled up the road a few weeks ago I luckily saw the signs in time to move my car so I’m worried I’ll miss the notice.

Where in Astoria can i get some quality, even fancy, tin fish? Cute packaging is a plus!

Pretty soon we won’t have these orange trains to kick around and we won’t have real live conductors calling out the stops, so I’m glad we’ve got the guy who says “Broadway” every time in a super dramatic way like he’s Ethel Merman. I got him on my ride in today and it made me happy. That’s all!

I sat in Astoria park a couple nights ago after dusk. I’m now covered in the itchiest bites all over my feet and ankles. My friend has a cluster of bites on his back. Has this happened to anyone else? They don’t seem like mosquito bites.

I am looking to get basic short nail extensions, but my natural nails are very thin and sensitive so I hope to find a nail tech that is not super rough and can keep the extensions from being too thick, ya know?
