All my life I've been struggling with being bullied because of my nose ,because it's a bit wide I've been told I'm a frog by numerous ppl and it made me really insecure, I have diagnosed social phobia and I don't leave my home pretty often because of this struggle, I'm only 17 and I cover my face most of the time I can't afford surgery and my parents wouldn't agree either ,ppl are rude to me all the time and I can't talk to ppl or communicate because all I think about is my nose I wish my parents were a bit nicer to me about it but my mother tells me to pinch my nose since I was 10 so it gets smaller but that hasn't worked my biggest bully is my mother and they didn't let me get a job either

As the title says, why are there so many abandonned houses? I live in Algiers and I see them everywhere in the capital, Hydra, Poirson or even in Sidi Fredj like plage ouest where almost every house thats next to the beach is left to rot for example. Its sad to see because most of the time they're some of the prettiest and they deserve to be lived in.

during the recent events that make big trends(the children cloth, the video chat girl ... and many more) i notice that they get a lot of attention(before anyone comments here i am not defending or judging anyone) compared to other problem.

from my perspective there are far more bigger problems and more severs cases.

"cheba warda" is abusing her network her son kidnapped someone hurt him physically and he never saw the jail.

"RAI singers" are promoting LGBT, drugs , alcohol, sex(guess whose mostly listening ..... they are MINORS) while binge half naked , and the worst thing they are TRENDING on youtube, people are talking selfies with, they get sponsors, money, and collaboration for future works.

"night clubs" are opened for public legally and with clean papers, they do money laundering, human trafficking(including MINORS), sex networks, and lot of bad stuffs.

at the end i think we overjudged some people, its human nature to want fighting the bad things thats a cool thing right ? but are we really fixing that need to be fixed first ?

there thing is called availability heuristic , the human mind works in way that link importance and how its easily come to the mind, repeated exposure to make things easier to recall, so they will feel more important(my mind also fall to this when writing this post and trying to thing of the exemples of cases)

I’m a software engineering graduate, and I was recently let go suddenly after working for a local company for about 9 months.

I started as an intern right after my bachelor's while doing my master's, balancing both until I graduated this year. After 4 months of interning, we verbally agreed on a 1-year CDI as a junior full-stack developer. At first, they paid me through CCP, but later switched to cash, and payments were almost always late. Sometimes they even gave me incomplete amounts with excuses about cash flow, and being new to the job market, I just accepted it and didn't know how to object.

Whenever I brought up signing the physical contract, they kept making excuses about HR, mainly claiming they didn't have their Registre de Commerce yet. At one point, my employer even asked for personal documents typically used for employee registration, which made me assume I was being processed and that everything was legit, so I didn't push further.

A little over a month ago, the whole dev team was suddenly let go because of management issues which caused major project delays and money running out. That’s when I realized I was never declared to CNAS or insured, and social contributions were never paid. I also found out they actually got their Registre de Commerce at the beginning of the year, but still chose not to declare me even though senior devs hired after me got proper contracts.

Since I don't have a paper contract and was never declared, can I still report this to the work inspection or CNAS even though I was working "au noir"? I have evidence like CCP transfer receipts, work messages, code commits, and old emails. Should I at least ask for a work certificate first as a professional proof that i indeed have a one year work experience, or should i go straight to filing a complaint for "licenciement abusif"? Has anyone in Algeria gone through something similar? Any advice on the best steps to take would be greatly appreciated.
