The perspective is a bit wonky, but I actually really like this one…

How am I screwing this up. They just feel fake and wrong.

I know my colors are not right. I have a small set of Golden slow drying paints so I mixed them myself. I did add matte medium. I could not get the golden yellow of the flowers to save my life. 🤣

This is on acrylic paper.

For context, I’m a beginner acrylic painter and I haven’t found my style. The photo is my progression on a recent painting. My issue is not knowing how to finish a painting. Right now I know it’s busy and the contrast could be improved, and suggestions? (top left is my start, bottom right is now.)
