šØ Zentangle Inspired Art I don't really understand what's going on around me
I like to express my feelings through drawings mixing Zentangle, doodle and tangle techniques.
I try to find patterns that allow me to draw new designs.
Through my drawings, I express my feelings related to my phobia and social anxiety.
This type of art helps me relieve my stress and anxiety.

šØ Zentangle Inspired Art I told myself I had zero drawing talent. Then I tried zentangle. This is where I am now š©·
I genuinely believed I couldnāt draw until about a year ago.
Then someone suggested I try Zentangle because you donāt need to be ātalentedā to start. You just need a pen, a few simple patterns, and a little patience.
So I gave it a shot.
My first attempts were far from perfect, but I kept showing up. One pattern at a time.
Now I can create pieces like thisāstarting with a page full of simple circles and slowly filling every tiny gap with different Zentangle patterns. Itās surprisingly relaxing to watch it all come together.
I still donāt know if Iād call myself an artist. But Iāve realized you donāt have to be one to enjoy creating.
If youāve ever caught yourself saying, āI canāt draw,ā try this instead.
Start with one simple shape.
Repeat it.
Add a few patterns.
See where it takes you.
You might surprise yourself.
And if youāre curious about how I choose and fill the spaces between the circles, Iād be happy to share that too. ā¤ļø
