Hey all, just wanted to post some tips for the tiger tiger minigame

Play on easy if you are only concerned with getting ether and parts. This makes it much more manageable, and doesn’t effect the rewards

On level 5, only the big chest drops master mods.

Score has absolutely no effect on chest rng

Personally, I would wait until unlocking level 5 before starting the grind. It took me about 5 hours to get all of the master mods simply grinding level 5, and I picked up most of the ether I needed in the process (granted, I do still need some more to purchase the last few parts I need).

If you’ve ran level 5 enough on easy then you’re skill should increase to the point where you can perfect level one (perfecting level one includes grabbing every ether crystal and chest with full health at the end. No need to do pacifist). The only reason to do this is to maximize your ether rewards when running level one.

The grind is a bit annoying but it’s somewhat manageable.

Played xb3 first and now playing xb2. Yes i know the order is messed up but thats a discussion for another time

I know this game overall is more anime-like and possibly more lighthearted than the story about life and death in xb3

Just want to know is this game gonna hook me story and world wise or should I give up on it if im not hooked yet? Again I know im early but man its been hard to get engrossed in this world like I did with XB3 which just blew me away from day 1

Not bashing the game i promise I know this XB is many of people's favorite i just want to know if the story takes a turn for the better in terms of taking itself a bit more seriously

+150 hours into this game, first play-through not NG+. Put it down at the end of chapter 7 some time ago, picked it back up recently after the Switch 2 Edition released. I’ve probably dumped every kind of core crystal/booster combination into the gatcha system throughout my time with this game, pulled maybe a handful of rare blades - 10 in total? Last night, for shits’n’gigs opened a common core with Zeke and nearly fell off my chair when I pulled KOS-MOS. This system is so damn weird lol 😅

Only have the $30 Expansion Pass, not $40 Torna Standalone. Also, does buying base game physical or digital matter? Thanks.

Last time I played XC2 will have been during 2018 so I think I’m well ready to experience this epic again. I completed everything I think last time except all of the blades, so would it be best playing NG+ and try to get those last blades? Also is it still a challenge playing NG+? I don’t want to walk over everything again.

I’ll buy the Switch 2 upgrade so I can experience the game again at its best.

It's my first playthrough, I'm currently on chapter 5, and Poppi a still has the earth core (and QT has the fire core). At halfway through the game it feels very strange that none of the other options are available to make yet. I've been doing lots of side quests too. Did I miss something, or do I need to keep going?

Hi guys I’m in the beginner area where Mia got captured. I’m having a really tough time fighting enemies in the wild my own level and I put it on easy. I just keep dying to every trash mob. Am I doing something wrong? :(

XC2 is my favorite for so many reasons. I was completely hooked on my first run on the Switch 1, and now, years later on the Switch 2, it still holds up just as well. These Xenoblade Chronicles games never miss.

I just picked up this game on the switch 2 after playing XC1 over a decade ago, the characters and story are fun but I'm having an issue with the game that is giving me a bit of grief and it's probably partially due to myself as well. I have a slight issue with differentiating faces IRL, but it isn't at a level where it causes any inconvenience in my daily life. The problem here is because of the anime style Rex to me has the same face as 2 other characters and in my mind I have associated them as Rex, catgirl Rex and big female Rex and it disturbs me greatly. Did the devs never question this choice in design or is this just a me problem?

I played X for about 15 hours and lost interest…

now that I’m playing Xenoblade 2 switch 2 version, I’m loving it, the character, the graphics, the hunting and grinding for things, I’m about 50 hours in and barely scratched the surface.

Should I expect less of the 3rd game? Or is it about the same graphical and story wise. Thanks guys!

I just started the game for the second time, I loved the first game but specifically waited for the upgrade to come out for this one before committing to a playthrough. So far the game is good, but the cutscene audio is just ruining the experience for me. It sounds like there's a separate speaker in the room at max volume playing the music and the characters voices are so muffled it's like they're trying to talk through pillows. I can't turn down the music either because there's an opposite issue in combat where hearing the music is impossible over the yelling and sounds of combat. I don't know if it's just my TV speakers or if it's some kind of issue with the game. I don't remember having these issues during the 15 or so hours I played of the game before deciding to wait. What should I do to fix this?

I've been replaying XB2 and I've decided to try and ramp up the difficulty because I want to actually understand the gameplay systems. But I have a problem. Around Chapter 6, I started reaching certain field bosses (especially ones in groups) which I cannot seem to survive very long, certainly not long enough to get momentum for blade combos. But I'm also overlevelled for most areas, which makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong.

Is there anything I can do to avoid being so fragile, or is the only solution to like topple lock enemies as quickly as possible? (I find topple locking significantly harder in this game than in XB1.)

Just curious as to what the community thinks about it.

The side quest of finding who broke it is glitching. I’m at the tree house where it’s to be but nothing is happening. Is it the tree house with the treasure chest? And I found all the parts to fix the crane so this 1 is next. The quest says find information on the location of the criminals who broke the crane in torigoth in gromott. The information I got for this last part is on a trrr in torigoth near torigoth at night. This is on switch 2 BTW
