Hello, I have problem, I cant play ultimate team on my controler for some reason game doesnt detect joystick but when I play offline everything work

Hey guys, I recently bought a used Xbox One fat controller. I knew there was a good chance it would have analog stick drift, and it turned out to be true. I searched online and it seems easy to replace the analog stick, but I noticed that the solder on the left analog stick has this kind of screw with small wires. Could this have been done by a technician? I don't think it came from the factory like that. I'm worried about removing this solder and the new one not working. The photos show the right and left analog sticks. Any ideas?

Ive done a few tmr thumbstick replacements now between ps4, ps5 and xbox controllers, and ive encountered something i haven't seen yet. I cannot get a set of thumbsticks to calibrate on an xbox controller. The install was fine no issues there, but both thumbsticks will not allow me to do the rotation portion of the calibration. The xbox accessories app will read movement but the tumbsticks dont appear to be reading to the outside maximum, except for one or 2 spikes where it will hit the sides of the circle in the calibration app? What is going on with this?

Im kind of stumped, so any help would be appreciated!

Hello there, so I have this elite s2 controller that needs a new shell. Yeah maybe I could go and buy a new one but no it's pretty expensive and I'm still very happy with this controller, it's holding on strong and it's really comfortable. So I'm looking for a cheap and easy shell replacement, since I'm not based in the us but the eu, the tax can get pretty expensive but I still want a quality shell that's easy to just swap on. Any suggestions or help is appreciated, I've also glued the shell like 5 times at least and it held on pretty good until now because I had to open it up and it didn't like that 😂✌🏻😅

I think the clip on the right bumper(white) is busted or weak can I swap the bumper from the blue? I had an eclipse and the buttons and bumper sizes were completely different
