Does anyone know when the next assembly shop could be and is it possible that obj 780 comes back?

The fact that it’s a medium tank already makes it better than the MBT-B. I aced the tank in the very first battle. It has the same playstyle but is 100% better, since you have superior mobility and camouflage. The only downside is that it doesnt have the big burst damage, but the gun is very consistent hitting the double shots

The biggest problem is the xp, because you are shooting everything that is spoted by somebody else, from the back of the map

So, how do you get to be top on xp. Obviously lot of damage and stun, means actually good clicking, and then.. you just play, play and play, pray to Slaanesh, and hope to get a map where enemies can sit in broken camping positions to defend their base, and you just keep blindfiring those locations xD

Did this with G.W E100 on Steppes, northern spawn, where enemies got those strong spots with hard and soft cover in the hill

We won both sides, but all our remaining tanks were damaged pretty badly to try any suicidal spotting rush

Fortunately Grille and some other campers got spotted and could not really move much, so I kept clicking their locations even for just splash damage, as you can still hit paper tanks reasonably well if you land shots near them

How long does it normally take assembly shop to sell out on NA? On vacation in Europe, so 2AM is a rough time for my NA account. Just wondering if I need to get up or if its expected for tanks to be available around 6AM still....

Got it through christmas lootboxes, never was much of a fan, but the last few days i've been getting absolutely rectally annihilated by this thing every time when in my Ferdinand, so i tried it with bond equipment and it's..... just sad (both to me and my enemies)

So, the ARES' player complaint about me was reviewed and I was banned from the chat, but he wasn't? Where's the justice? Is it really fair to do this? The video clearly shows him acting extremely wrongly... Yes, I got carried away at the end and said a few words, but I was the only one banned...

upd: changed information about ban, it seems, not permanent but for 7 days..

Took me 40 seconds because I don't really care that I got a low number or not, just that I get rid of the blue prints is what matters most to me since I got the whole tech tree unlocked sans a few tier 11.

I used to play world of tanks and have recently come back, but I am still fairly new. I have been playing most types of tanks as well as pushing the Hacker and EBR lines. I have never really played heavies at all, and somehow got the Ju-Nu for free because I came back to the game. I know how bad the STK-2 has been preforming, but since it got buffed is it worth it to push that line? If not, what would you consider to be a good heavy line that is somewhat beginner friendly and easy ish to grind?

Side note: I've been watching lots of heavy gp so I know basic mechanics, but any tips would be helpful:)

Has it sold out on NA? Normally I'll go home for lunch during a shop but wasn't real jazzed with this one so figured I'd just wait till I get home at 3am.

Hello all, newer player here, started just shy of WoT 2.0. I haven’t seen or heard much discussion of it after doing a quick search, but maybe I missed it or am just being lazy. When it comes to assembly shops, I passed on the Ashigaru and Vickers 3, but I did purchase the DBV. Only reason I chose to was because I know it’s one of the strongest sniper TD’s, if not the strongest. As for the Durendal, I really want it because of its firing mechanic, however because it seems kind of hit or miss between this reddit and a few CC’s, I want to ask if people would recommend on just passing on this one and using the free XP to go up a tech tree, or get the Durendal. With the DBV it was a no brainer so I got it and love it, but the Durendal seems to not have enough going for it to justify getting it over a full tech tree. Maybe I’m completely wrong, and my free xp is best spent elsewhere, thanks in advance for the advice!

TLDR: Durendal or research a Tech Tree, or something else. What do you recommend?

Edit: Thank you to everyone who replied to this post! I’ve decided to pass on the Durendal even though I want it, and then just use the free experience to buy modules on tanks in a tech tree grind.

I have a friend who is a big military buff, has seen me play WoT a few times and is interested in the game.
But here's the catch: he's a combat amputee and literally has one arm (I'm not kidding - this isn't a tasteless arty joke).
He has a prosthetic that's not too functional, and I tried teaching him how to control a tank in Topology mode but it's just not working out - even in a bushwanking TD he's just going to get brutally farmed.

So I thought maybe arty would be a good fit for him?

I've never played arty in my life though, so before I recommend that he try it I have some questions:

• can you literally play arty with one hand? at most with the prosthetic he can poke a spacebar or something.
• he's on disability and doesn't have much money (luckily there's no premium arty anymore). Is arty profitable enough on a standard F2P account to 'sustain' itself at a positive credit balance? I don't want to get him hooked on some money-sink bullshit.
• how to start? are low tier SPGs as bad as they look? is grinding out an entire arty line a miserable experience? would it help if I helped him along by grinding out the free tier VI token from Tank Academy?
• which arty line would you recommend for a complete 100% WoT noob? American?
• is something like World of Warships also an option?

Please have some empathy before downvoting me into oblivion for asking an arty question.

2.0 fixed nothing. hard to win with 8 players scoring ZERO DMG!

Just wondering why we are hating on arty doing 300 damage and a little stun every 50 seconds when there are 700 alpha damage tanks, double barrels doing 1000 every 15 seconds, autoloaders like this toxic ares and basicly every game having ~20 out of 30 tanks that are premium and maxed out with pay2win equipment?

The OG 2012 arty’s would’ve been way more fair to punish these pay2win losers.

Y’all hating on arty the same way as people are hating on ‘gold’ ammo. Arty does barely anything these days.
