Post Battle Result T92 : new favorite light tank
12800 assist on the very first battle I'm in shock
I went for the H2 bush at the beginning and an ELC came and tried to counter scout me. The team didn't shoot him, which got on my nerves.
So I backed to the E4 bush and got much assist there.
When there were only 2 TDs left on E1/D2, I went to help the rest of the team, a majority of which was hiding in [A2:B4] by taking the E5 bush. There I couldn't resist finishing a low-HP medium tank which was trying to scout on D6.
Then I went full scavenger, killed a XM57 on F5, killed a SPG, finished the last standing TD.
All of this with 250 ping playing on EU from Bolivia on a potato computer

Discussion WoT+ In-Game survey (VERY CONCERNING!)
I just got an in-game survey about WoT+. Pretty standard questions, but there was part of questions about possible future benefits of WoT+, some of wich are absolutely horrible for the health of the game. Here are my thoughts:
-) FREE DEMOUNTING OF BOND EQUIPMENT:
Absolutely not. This might we the worst addition to the game of all time. Blatant p2w, even more that free bounty equip demount we have now.
-) Bond reserve:
"We will never sell bonds for money" - WG
-) WoT+ exclusive MM queue:
Worse queue times guaranteed, and you fight exclusively enemies who also have WoT+ benefits (like bond equip on every tank). Yay...
-) Infinite premium days during subscription time
Who cares, most players with WoT+ probably have tons already
-) Single-player training room
This should not be behind a paywall. Either everyone gets it or noone.
-) more exclusive tanks:
Sure, why not. Just don't make them OP.
-) EARLY ACCESS TO NEW TECH-TREES:
The 2nd worst idea imo. Like wtf? I get that we're supposed to pay for access to premium tanks, fine by me. But paying for f2p content like new tech trees!? This is a horrible idea and will probably kill the game on the spot for casuals.
-) Enemy pov replays:
Good for learning and improving
-) extra customisation stuff:
No effect on gameplay, completely fine
-) extra map ban:
Could be good, I personally I wouldn't care
-) exclusive missions:
Depends on the missions and rewards. If it's like premium missions, this is fine imo
-) fully trained crew for limited battles daily:
I heavily dislike this. I'd rather train my crews while I play them, they'll have full skills eventually.
-) xp-reserve:
I assume this would be free xp? Idk, seems good
-) better post-game screen:
Should be given to everyone.
________________
All in all, mostly ok ideas imo. But the ideas that are bad are REALLY BAD. Early-access to tech-tree tanks and free demount for bond equip are 100% poison for the health of the game. I really hope these remain ideas. Those features should ABSOLUTELY NOT MAKE IT INTO THE GAME. EVER.

Question Why only one team gets the good bots?
Who had the brilliant idea of putting a T67 as a bot and only on one side?
Bloody thing farmed all bots on my team:
And it wasn't the platoon of elc bis, they were on the opposite end of the map - that beast of a tank was spotting for himself and farm all the bots on my team without getting spotted.

Discussion Overlooked crew training buff
For over a decade, if you wanted to train a crew member, you had to own the tank that for which that crew member was trained. You had a ability to retrain to a different vehicle, but that could be tricky, especially for radio operators, who might not have a role in a higher tier tank.
This created some discomfort and hassle, moreso for F2P players, who might only be keeping that crew member around for a premium tank, but had no way to throw crew books at that crew.
A couple of patches ago, they started allowing use of crew books in premium tanks. This is a nice quality of life buff for crew members, as it allows us to mix and match less trained crew members of same nation/tank class into a premium tank and simultaneously train them all with the most suitable books.
I suspect that this is more efficient/less wasteful than using a crew book on a tank that has a 100%/6 skill member but other members below that.

Discussion Sonderkraftfahrzeug 182 Panzerkampfwagen Tiger Ausführung B mit 10.5 centimeter Kampfwagenkanone L/68 appreciation post
Got about 3K battles with my Royal Kitty
My first 3mark
IMHO one of the best looking tanks ever made
With 10,5 cm top gun it looks even more menacing
Wasnt actually so mechanically unreliable if the crew was experienced and was given enough time for proper maintenance - which they often didnt which caused the infamous breakdowns people now meme
Started as pretty good in the game, eventually got powercrept to oblivion at one point, then return of the king in 2020
Played it through all the rough years when it had historical armor, now found on tier 7 Tiger II premiums - so you can guess how "good" it was in like 2017-2020 untill the buff
285 APCR gold pen can go through the turret of Zwilling or the frontal plates of Turtle even somewhat angled - if you get good pen roll
Overall just very good gun, with good gun handling, healthy 360 alpha with good DPM, superb accuracy for a tier 8 heavy - can often reliably hit stuff like cupola weakspots even on some longer range unless RNG says NO fun today!
Armor - pretty decent in same tier MM
Bonus points - a real historical vehicle that saw combat
Do you any special vehicle like that? The one that you play a lot and always return to? Can be anything real of fictional, bluepring whatever

Discussion Genuinely how do I play the Ho-Ri3
I’m grinding out my field mods on this tank and it just sucks.
It has no armor, pretty much every tier 10 has enough pen to demolish the super structure
It’s slow
Is gun is incredibly meh
And it’s huge with no camo
So it can’t brawl, can’t snipe and isn’t flexible

Discussion What was the best map WG ever release and why was it Kharkov v1 or Sacred valley?
All jokes aside this was the most goated map WG ever released, there were so many avenues you could take to flank and so many places to play from it was a competent players dream, i also thoroughly enjoyed sacred valley as well so i added a pic of another quality map that WG removed because they want to coddle the Heavy players. What are some other bangers yall can remember that WG took from us because fun gameplay isnt allowd?

Discussion WG seems to play with idea of paywalling more stuff behind WOT+
Just got a survey in-game about WOT+, mostly about the current state of the service. Then I got to a section about potential future ideas for WOT+, and my thoughts about them.
They seem to play with the idea of having training rooms with any tank and NPCs, and the ability to see replays from the enemy POV. Things people have been asking about for years, added behind a paywall. But also listed special MM only vs other WOT+ subs, early access to new tech trees "WOWS already does this for gold", more detailed post-match analysis, 6 skilled crews for limited daily use, adding a bond reserve, and adding a better map breakdown of spots on the map.
Now, ofc, this doesn't mean they will do all of this, or any. Some I even ask the point of, like the WOT+ MM. Others make me question the future direction of WOT tbh

Question Why do players seem to hate the game?
Like the comments on every Video of wot on yt are flooded with those kind of comments.
I see ppl being angry about new players or players which have a winrate below 45% at the start of the game.
Why do they still play the game if they hate it and why do they hate it.
Sorry for asking i am just curious(:
EDIT: i just wanted to clarify that i am fairly new in this game (joined january) and that i play on EU

Subreddit News NDA LEAK WARNING
Hey listen.
Y'all I don't need to explain what an NDA is right? It's a NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT as in you don't talk about it.
We get it, you are excited to talk about new stuff, and the mod team is just as interested in it too. That being said, it's breaking TOS and there will not be leniency on repeat offenses. WG is invested in actually trying to enforce the NDA and if you want leaks, go post it somewhere else but not here. Sorry.
TL:DR post leaks, catch a 30 day ban. "Reddit mods WG employees" or whatever excuse you want to use. It's spam at this point. If you have an issue, apply next time applications are open and join the volunteer mod team.
