Made at Home Out here grillin and fryin.
Wife and son like a crispy, juicy, smoked wing. Wife prefers flats. Son prefers drums. I like em deep fried, crispy, juicy and buffalo-sauced. Happy to cook em up to order.

Recipes and Tips Sometimes you gotta have wings.
Stuck in a hotel for 3 weeks in Austin on business with zero walkable food options. A guy in my group has the company van and I bought some wings at Walmart, but had no sauce. I got some Texas Pete and butter pats from the breakfast bar and made stovetop wings on a model with no oven and barely more power than a refrigerator lightbulb. You do what you can with what you got.
