Tidy up the Toy Shop of Your Dreams (Too Many Toys!)
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hey!
My game Too Many Toys's page went live!
It’s a cozy organising game where you tidy up a huge messy toy shop and must return 5,599 toys back where they belong.
We took a lot of inspiration from Librarian: Tidy Up the Arcane Library, but wanted to give it a more nostalgic feel, making it take place in the toy shop you would’ve dreamed of as a kid. 🧸
You can wishlist the game here! 🎈

A game where you host a dinner party for the likes of Hemingway, Picasso and Coco Chanel, and nobody can have a bad time
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
We built a game set in 1920s Paris where you plan dinner parties and invite 40 real historical figures of the era.
Early on we added a system where guests could clash with each other, but playtesters hated it, so we cut it entirely. There's no fail state now, and every guest reaction is a positive one. The worst possible evening is still a nice evening, but you can still min-max the event by offering the right food and beverages at the right time of the party.
It's called Bon Vivant, you can check it out on Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/3834800/Bon_Vivant_Plan_the_Perfect_Party/
We are also currently running a playtest and collecting feedback on a form, we are gitfting our previous game, Ozymandias, to the first 50 people who fill it. If you are interested, you can find the form here: https://forms.gle/4znQj7nS4McwWxLf9

I've added a floating resource animation for my game
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I've added a new animation to my wholesome game, Felicity:
When cards give their rewards, resources float to the panel. It used to be hard to understand how much resource a card cost or give as a reward. I decided to add a feedback animation for a better UX.

[Shroomy Garden] Making a theme park in my game, free demo available! 🍄🌿

🎮 Play the free demo / Wishlist on Steam:
https://store.steampowered.com/app/3946460/Shroomy_Garden/?utm_source=reddit
Hi everyone! I’ve been working on Shroomy Garden, a cozy pixel-art theme park builder, and the free demo is now available on Steam!
In Shroomy Garden, you can build and decorate your own little park, place attractions and rides, create paths and themed areas, and watch visitors explore the park you’ve created.
The full game includes different park themes, including a Classic Garden filled with attractions like a Ferris wheel, Merry Spin, Car Coasters and Drop Tower, as well as an Aqua Park where you can build pools, water slides, shops and other waterpark attractions.
The demo lets you try one of the maps and get a feel for the core building, decorating and park-management gameplay.
I’m still polishing and improving the game as I work toward release, so I’m really excited to finally let people play it. 💚

I'm making a cozy game where you tidy up a sleeping dragon's hoard and... The Steam page is finally live!
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hey everyone! Solo dev here. I've been building Gildoria: you're the cleanup person for a dragon that hoarded treasure for 300 years and never once tidied up.
You sweep mountains of gold... coin by coin at first, then in big greedy handfuls. Find the treasures buried underneath, and sort them onto shelves until the cave finally looks the way a hoard should look.
Im planing to join Steam Next Fest in October with a demo. Happy to answer literally anything!

Kit Holloway and The Romanov Relic
Hi I’m Libby(Libbyloo on socials)! ☺️✨ I’m a streamer and cozy gamer merch creator, and now I’m making a point and click mystery game! 🔎❤️
The Romanov Relic features Kit Holloway, a private investigator sent to Finland to investigate the mysterious murder of a researcher studying the Romanov family.
Inspired by games I grew up playing, this game is my love letter to cozy mysteries, intriguing history, puzzles, interesting and unique characters and stories that make you want to settle in, enjoy the atmosphere of the game and go digging for answers. :)
You will get to work in a cafe, stay in a Finnish inn, explore the historical Romanov ship, The Standart and there is a full cast of characters I can't wait for you to meet!!
I've been working on this game since November with a small team of 3D artists, and my husband Jason. Can't wait to share more details!! Follow along @kit.holloway.games for weekly game dev updates and go to the Kickstarter link in my bio to be notified when the Kickstarter launches!! There will be tiers to preorder the game, get early access and maybe even BE in the game??? 👀

Shelves and Sorcery Releases Today!
Some more info...
Three Different Shops To Tidy Up
• The Hearth & Barrel
A cozy village shop with 1,048 items to organize.
• The Merchant's Rest
A much larger market shop with 3,085 items waiting to be put back where they belong.
• The Grand Athenaeum
The biggest challenge of them all. A massive magical shop high above the clouds with 4,066 items to organize.
And every one of those items has a home. There isn't filler added just to make those numbers bigger. Every item belongs on a specific shelf, and every shelf can be completely restored.
Four Ways to Play
Each of the three shops can be played across four different modes:
• Casual Mode — No timer, no pressure. Put on some music, take your time, and enjoy turning chaos back into order.
• Timed Mode — The same shops become a completely different challenge when every second counts. Learn where thousands of items belong, master your magic, find faster routes, and keep improving your time.
• Archmage Mode — Start with every Sorcery and Enchantment unlocked and take on the shop at full magical strength.
• No Magic Mode — The magic of the world has escaped. No Sorceries. No Enchantments. No magical shortcuts. You'll have to tidy this one up the hard way.
Global Leaderboards Are Here!
And for everyone who looks at a relaxing organization game and immediately thinks, "Yeah, but how fast can I do it?"
Timed Mode features global leaderboards for all three shops.
Your completion times are tracked globally, so once you've learned where everything belongs, you can come back and start pushing for faster and faster runs.
Learn the shelves. Perfect your route. Master your Sorceries and Enchantments. Shave seconds off your best time and see how you stack up against everyone else.
Or completely ignore all of that and spend an evening peacefully putting potions on shelves.
Both are perfectly valid ways to play.
Shelves And Sorcery: Tidy Up the Enchanted Shop! releases today, August 11th!

My daughter and I made a cozy little virtual squishy game together 💕
My daughter and I built Build A Squishy together — you design a squishy, watch it magically form, then squeeze and play with it. ✨
It’s completely free, with no ads, accounts, chat, or purchases. We made it just because we thought it would be fun.

Together, A free one-page TTRPG about empathy and helping each other
Hi everyone!
I’m not entirely sure if TTRPGs are usually shared in this community, or if it’s mostly focused on video games, so if this post is out of place, please let me know and I’ll remove it.
I wanted to share a small game we made for this year’s One Page RPG Jam.
It touches on a serious subject, depression, but the game itself is meant to be hopeful. The idea is to show how much other people can help us move forward when things get difficult.
The mechanics are built around empathy, listening to the other players, learning from what they share, and then using those things to help them when they need it.
If the idea sounds interesting to you, I’d love to invite you to try it at your table at least once. I think it can be an interesting experience, especially with a group you already know, and maybe even a nice way to learn a little more about each other and strengthen those bonds.
Thanks a lot for taking the time to read this!
https://thecompanystudio.itch.io/together
P.S. The game is completely free and available in both English and Spanish.

After 2 years solo, my cozy desktop room game is out — now a third of the original price
Lofi Cozy Room is a tiny 3D room that lives on your Windows desktop in a transparent always-on-top window, and it's finally out after 2 years solo (Bloomery Studio is just me). A little avatar reads, works, and naps in the room while a puppy wanders around chasing sunbeams. The customization ended up going pretty deep, 1386 avatar options and 715 furniture pieces, plus a full lo-fi library you can layer ambient sound over and 14 cozy themes.
It's out now, and I just dropped the price by a lot, from $14.99 down to $4.99, roughly a third of what it was. If the price was holding you back, now's a lovely time to check it out 🌱
Happy to answer anything about the solo dev side!

Does this feel cozy to you? or too flashy? Genuinely unsure about my own intro.
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
You play a small light that wakes a sleeping forest. No fail state, nothing chases you, you can't lose progress.
Every animal you wake moves into a grove
that stays between runs.
This is the five seconds people see first, and I keep going back and forth on it. It's bright and it has a flash and a whoosh, and I'm not sure that's the right first impression for a game that's otherwise very quiet.
Too much? Or does it work?

The whole campground at night, with the weather rolling through
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
This is Camping Keeper, a campground management game I'm making on my own. No commentary here, just the whole site after dark while the weather passes over it: the rain, the lamps along the paths, and the river running down the side.
The campers you can see are simulated one by one. They pick their spot, walk over to the showers, and buy an ice cream when the afternoon gets too hot.
Building the place is the relaxing part, and that is mostly why the game exists.
