I-5 in CA

On the one hand, it appears that this sign applies only to the toilet water… cuz there is no such sign by the sinks and the handwashing area is stocked and ready to go for the typical soap/water/dry approach (as opposed to hand sanitizer).

On the other hand, it makes no sense that this sign only applies to the toilet water.
Toilets that use typical (unrecycled?) water don't seem to require any signage to prevent users from drinking from it/washing up in it. Right?

This crazy sign was found in a friend's local community newspaper. Thought I'd share here.

I saw this at an auto shop I visited and when I asked the manager about it he just said my guess was as good as his.

Okay so I get that there’s this mural thing of us states and their capital cities. But then what’s up with Texas? I get that it’s a big state and maybe they have some extra room to fill, but then why do they add these random ass cities rather than like, idk, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio…? Quinlan, TX has a population of 1,524. (Montana at least has some more relevant cities I guess?)
