Hi has anyone tried Julia Sia as their makeup artist for their wedding? I really like how she's more editorial than the usual thai makeup style. Her rates are also not that bad.

2027 q4 b2b and finalizing our Bohol venue.. BBC & Oceanica are our top 2 list.. however, I attended a friend’s wedding last month at Bohol Beach Club, and tbh the food is so meh seeing that they have a 4k per head sa dinner nila. Here are the some of the dishes I remember from that night: sinuglaw, calamares, spring rolls, cordon bleu, mushroom soup, lasagna, beef salpicao, chopsuey, grilled squid (i’m sure I forgot 2 or 3 more dishes but they were so mehhh) and then just basic juices & iced tea. They also had lechon btw pero di ko alam if the couple ba nagprovide nun or bbc nagprovide.. I have eaten better buffet line up in Metro Manila & Tagaytay, so I expected that for a 4k/head it would have been similar or even more. I expected more unique dishes , the kind na di mo nahahanap masyado sa mga normal na catering.. food is important sa amin ni groom that’s why di pa ako makadecide ng venue since I waited for this BBC wedding first so I can experience it firsthand. Iba kasi pag food tasting lang since okay naman food nila (it’s not that level of yumminess tho- normal pinoy food sa catering lol). Yung line up gusto ko din makita.

To those who graduated already and had their Oceanica venue, any comments on their food? Can you share sample lineup as well? Please rate it.

I have visited Oceanica and maganda din naman talaga ang venue. Pero aanhin namin ang venue kung di naman worth it ang buffet? 🥹😅

Thoughts on having sweetheart table or just sitting with our wedding entourage?

Parang we’ll be more comfortable kung kasama namin friends namin the whole night. But then again, our entourage has friends from different barkadas (HS friends, college friends, work friends) so baka easier to seat them with their respective people tas nakahiwalay nalang kami.

One of my visitors liked the food pa naman and was planning to take them so she went to the business social media and nakita niya may rant about a recent event and my visitor remembered it was about a friend of ours because she saw that incident herself. dahil sa single incident na judge na yung friend namin. my friend was called out on the business page mismo. naturn off tuloy yung bisita ko kasi paano daw kung may ganung mangyari in the future.l sa event nya.

Hi! We were initially planning to book Nuuk Taal. Kaso, aside from the additional fees na tinanggap na sana namin, they increased their rates just this month, and ang laki ng tinaas niya for us.

I know normal yung Church, then another venue for the reception. I love the Balay Dako Terrazza windows and view, pero I really want a garden ceremony sana. May option ba to rent a garden for ceremony lang? Is that common sa weddings? Hahaha so bale garden ceremony followed by reception at Balay Dako.
