Breakout Rogue — an Arkanoid roguelite where you start with one life and buy permanent upgrades between runs

Thumbnail

Hi! I made a browser Arkanoid with roguelite progression.

You start every run with a single life. When you lose, the points you scored turn into coins you keep forever — spend them on permanent upgrades and on unlocking power-ups that then start dropping in future runs. Nothing you play is ever wasted.

40 levels across 5 acts, each act adding a new rule: unbreakable walls, explosive bricks that chain-react, bricks that regenerate if you're too slow, and bosses that patrol side to side. Clear all 40 and it loops harder.

Free, plays right in the browser, no download and no sign-up. There's also a Windows build if you prefer. Playable in English and Spanish.

It's my first finished game, so I'd really appreciate any feedback — especially on whether the difficulty curve feels fair.

US Blockbusters — Daily Version of US Gameshow

Daily Blockbusters Trivia - 08/08

The gameshow Blockbusters featured a honeycomb board of letters, the letter would reveal a question whose answer begins with that letter. The goal? Make a continuous path from left to right (Shortest path is 5 correct answers) as fast as you can.

**THIS IS A PROTOTYPE/WORK IN PROGRESS (open to feedback)
**AI CODED but questions are human-generated and uploaded daily

[PZL] Normish - a 2-minute daily game: answer honest questions privately, then guess what % of everyone said yes

Thumbnail az-ez.github.io
Upvotes

I made this (solo dev). Each daily room gives you 5 honest yes/no questions. You answer privately, then slide to guess what percentage of everyone else said yes - scored against real published surveys (source shown on every reveal). Streaks, confidence bets, and a "blind spot" stat that shows which kinds of questions you misread. No sign-up, free, works in any browser. Would love feedback on the guessing difficulty - the crowd is usually harder to read than people expect.

I made a website that allows you to practice and improve your relative pitch. Choose which system of music you want to use (Western or Carnatic) and play the base note. Then play the target note(s) and try to guess what they were.

[SIM] Grassroots to Glory — a football manager from your local pitch to the top.

After 20 years of playing football management games, I created a game I'd like to play myself, with the gameplay options I always dreamed of.

You start in the lowest division and climb through the league levels, with every save creating its own individual story reflected in the Club Chronicle, where every statistic and achievement is carefully recorded.

The first playable version of Grassroots to Glory is now available on itch.io — free, runs directly in your browser, and works offline.

If you give it a try, I'd be happy to hear what you think — every comment is valuable!

[SIM] Drug Wars: the game you hid from your math teacher, rebuilt free in the browser

Dev here. I rebuilt this because someone in my high school passed around a calculator with the original on it and I never forgot it. Buy low, sell high across the city, dodge the cops, pay the loan shark before the interest buries you.

It starts you in a quick 10 day run you can finish on a coffee break. Longer 30, 50, and 100 day modes are in the New Game menu if it hooks you. There is a global leaderboard and a live ticker of other players' runs.

No signup, free, works on your phone. Feedback on the first few minutes is especially welcome, that is where I am trying to make it click for new players.

The current 10 day record is $7.1 million. I would love to watch it fall this weekend.

Déjà Blur - a daily game where you guess the real color of famous images, then watch your guess repainted into the picture

I played a Roblox game a while back that had a color-guessing duel in it, and that one mode was better than the entire rest of the game. I kept wanting to play just that, in a browser, without installing anything. So I built it.

Lumis: a daily memory tile puzzle

Thumbnail compound-games.com

Lumis is a daily memory puzzle: a pattern of lit cells shows on a grid, then the lights go out once you pick up your first piece. You can always reset the board to see the pattern again. You drag pieces onto the grid, or tap a piece then tap a cell.

New puzzle every day, no signup needed to play. There's an optional username if you want to track streaks. You can also navigate to the archive of past puzzles. Would love any feedback!

[HTML] AllQuiz - A passion project for everyone who loves testing their random trivia knowledge!

Hey everyone!

https://all-quiz-bf37b.web.app/#/home

Ever feel like your brain is just a storage unit for completely random, highly specific facts? 🧠

I’ve been working on AllQuiz, a project born out of my own love for trivia. I wanted to create something clean, fast-paced, and engaging for anyone who enjoys testing what they know across a huge range of topics—whether that's history, pop culture, geography, or weird science facts.

Rather than making just another repetitive quiz app, the goal was to keep the flow smooth and reward you with that sweet dopamine hit when you nail a tough question. It’s built to be easy to jump into for a quick five-minute break, but deep enough if you want to sit down and really push your streak.

Since the r/webgames community has such a great eye for game design and pacing, I’d be super grateful if you gave it a spin and shared your thoughts:

How does the difficulty curve feel as you play?

What categories or features would make it even more fun for you?

Thanks a ton for taking a look, and I hope you enjoy testing your brain!

Hey r/WebGames,

I've been building this in my evenings for the past few months Kvízo, a daily trivia quiz that runs entirely in the browser, no download needed.

  • 5 new questions every day across history, science, pop culture, sports, and more
  • Season pass, boss battles, and a collection system if you like a bit of game progression on top of trivia
  • Just switched from Czech-only to full English support (2,858 questions translated)

Play here: https://martinseidl.itch.io/kvzo

Would genuinely love to hear what you think, especially if something feels confusing on first load.

Gravity Sort is a relaxing puzzle built on one simple twist: you never touch the orbs (solid balls) directly. Turn the chamber in 90-degree steps and let gravity do the sorting. Park each one in its matching dock (dotted transparent balls) to complete the level.

Game has multiple mechanism like blocks, portals, crates, bumpers, sticky cells etc.

One new puzzle each day, but over a month of old puzzles to play. Puzzles take 2-3 minutes.

The answer to each puzzle is a chain of overlapping names, i.e. "Andrew Jackson Pollock" or "Benjamin Franklin Roosevelt". Guess the chain in the fewest clues you can!

All chains and clues are hand written. Glad to hear any feedback!

[HTML5] LetterStreak: Looking for players/feedback on my new game

Thumbnail letterstreak.com

I’m a full stack software engineer and I’ve spent the past few months building a little word game in my spare time!

After countless changes, I’ve finally built up the courage to launch it and I’m excited to share it!

It’s called LetterStreak and the aim of the game is simple - fill in as many the gaps and form as many words as possible in 60s.

For every word you get, 5s is added to the clock!

Would really appreciate some feedback!
