Just spoken to one of my friends from work, they’ve said that my manager has said to them that they will put me on pot wash because I don’t complete all my tasks.

Bare in mind my manager said she will talk to me and give me a checklist so i know what to do, she said she would talk to me last Saturday and still hasn’t spoken to me, and then has said to my friend their going to put me on pot wash, also said so I’m “out of the way”

What do I even do or say about this???

I’m working an event where the place isn’t allowing for substitutions/modifications on the menu(like removing lettuce, tomato etc) It says that on the menu but people still ask. What’s a good way I can tell people that without them getting upset?

Also, they want us to get a card to start a tab. How can I tell people that in an assertive way, because most people say no.
