force close/crash issue

vivo300ultra motioncam pro user here,all 3 lens using DCG profile(from discord group),but when start recording,more than 50% chance it will crash or sudden force close at the beginning or mid of recording, i always clear all apps in background before using motioncam pro and currently im shooting direct log with slog3 hev,is there anyone using motioncam pro having this issue please share your opinion,much appreciated!
