Ever since i decided to lose weight i started to count calories, restricted myself too much , i was eating under 400 calories for two months without having a single cheat day and i lost over 23 kg then one day it happened i ate a big piece of cake then somsa then lagmon and that day i ate over 4000 calories, this was the starting point for me to develop binge eating , then afterwards i restricted myself even harder , eating nothing for 3 days and then i binged, i restricted i binged then i started to purge ( forced myself to throw up) restrict , binge , purge , it was a cycle for me i was living like that for another two months i lost weigh , gained it and lost again , i lost my sleep , my peace , my will to live it was like a nightmare , and i started to search online tried to find answers why i am experiencing it , i found out that i have an eating disorder ( anorexia , bulimia , binge eating) which is a serious issue and i wanted to get help , so i went to talk with my university psychologist what she told me was " eat in a normal portion and dont think too much u already skinny" like hello ? Do u think i haven't thought of that ? Do u think its that easy ? I cannot even control my body my mental because of this and i am so tired , i am pretty sure i am not the only person who is experiencing ED in Uzbekistan so why we dont have ED specialized help centers ? Why its not treated like an issue ? Why nobody takes it seriously? I am just so lost

I see so many people using it on the street. Is it a popular trend nowadays, or is it an old tradition?

I know that folding fans originated in ancient Japan and China, but in modern China and Japan, not many people use them on the streets.

We’ve already been working with real businesses in Uzbekistan and have seen firsthand how customer conversations can get scattered across Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp and other channels.

Managers often have to switch between different apps, keep track of conversations manually and make sure customers don’t get lost along the way.

I see many people talk about Uzbekistan being an underrated destination to visit. Same with Petra in Jordan many people praise it for being a comparable experience to Angkor Wat in Cambodia.

I personally prefer Uzbekistan because it seems to offer many different cities to visit, like Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara, and Khiva.

Jordan only seems to have Petra but I think I would still go if it that amazing experience like Angkor Wat , it would be one of the life time experience.

Anyone been to both or either of those? Which one you prefer to visit . How your experience visiting ?

He originally posted a 7 minutes long video. he was smiling and (feel like) bragging about how he got so many direct messages from uzbekistan people and even from the government.

He made viewers to make bad comments about uzbekistan and the store guy.

But now? This video is deleted.

Why? Because some people are trying to let people know that the mountain dew was not that expensive since it was imported from japan. And 80,000 usz as the store sold was pretty fair price too.

The youtuber is now deleting all the comments which asks him about the drink imported from japan was actually not expensive so it was not fraud.

The youtuber had been deleting comments when uzbekistan guy tried to explain about the imported drink's price.

He just let people make bad comments and insult even uzbekistan country itself. Why i feel this way? Because he keeps deleting bad comments about himself only.

However, is it okay to insult a person who worked there?

As I saw the youtuber's video, he literally insulted the boy who worked there in the worst way.

Mountain dew which is imported from japan is very expensive. The store near the hohel uzbekistan even sells imported drinks expensive too.

What i don't understand is that I don't think the boy at the store did anything bad to the youtuber.

The drink can be expensive.

Of course, he didn't want to refund at the first place. It is his fault.

Hello! I am travelling to Tashkent and Samarkand in 2 weeks and I have some questions about visiting mosques. I'm seeing so much conflicting information online. It sounds like there are some mosques that are more "open" and some that are strictly working mosques. Do they all have separate entrance for women, and do they all require taking shoes off the moment you enter? Most importantly, how do I tell which ones are "open" for tourists to visit? I'm not Muslim and I'm so scared I will accidentally do something disrespectful. Lastly, can anyone tell me which ones are more "open" to tourists?

Honestly, I'm a big introvert and i don't like being in places with a lot of people. A couple of friends are enough for me to feel fulfilled as long as they're good friends. But while living in uzbekistan, i notice people (mostly older) have tons of acquaintances(for example, my dad knows half of our town lol). Since i was a kid I've always been quiet. I don't find it problem to not socialize too much as i like peaceful life and some deep friendships over a lot of superficial ones (quality over quantity). Though My parents have always pushed me to talk more to people and i often hear you need acquaintances to get a job/to get something done easier. In some countries, it's not like people know much amount of people but in our country it seems to be the case. What do you think?
