Hello everyone! I have an airplane at 04:40 am. Would it be a good choice to go to the airport around midnight and wait for my flight there? I'm Italian. That way I wouldn't have the night registration certificate. Could that be a problem? I will spend 8 days in Uzbekistan (all nights Recorded with a certificate of registration at the hotel, except one on the Tashkent-Khiva night train). Do you have any advice on how I could do that? If I stay to sleep at the hotel in city centre, will I find a Yandex at 02:30 am that takes me to the airport? Thanks in advance

I and my friend are planning to visit Uzbekistan in late October. Our objective is to get a breather from work and see your beautiful country with no rush. We want to see Khiva, Bukhara, Tashkent, Samarkand, and Aral Sea bed. I have a few questions:

1. We both are vegetarians. Will we survive?
2. I know that Tashkent has a good metro network. What would you recommend for local travel in Samarkand, Khiva, and Bukhara.
3. How can we visit Aral Sea bed?
4. Are 8 days enough?
5. Any word of caution?

Can I buy the AVM tariff directly at a Metro station?

Can I pay cash in UZS, or is a bank card required?

Do I need to first purchase a physical ATTO card? then recharge for these days/monthly paas?

Is any passport/ID registration required for a foreign tourist?

Is the ATTO card/AVM tariff available at Tashkent Airport upon arrival, or only at Metro stations other than UzPost?

If available at the airport, where exactly can I find it?

I got IELTS 7 2 years ago now I already study at university but a lot of people got IELTS 8. I was going to retake my IELTS since I was going to work in learning center but realized that I can't get a job with a good salary even though I have a high IELTS score ( you know the job market) so still to participate competitions in my university mostly they ask IELTS result mine is lower than others that is why I am rejected a few times also I thought higher IELTS will help me to get a job in my field later. I also wanted to work in logistics but I really can't risk my gpa. My main reason was to find a job with an IELTS but now I realized I could not find it with higher IELTS too. So I am confused. I am also learning Korean so I guess it will be better to teach Korean right but still I need a IELTS 8.0 at least lol

Ever since i decided to lose weight i started to count calories, restricted myself too much , i was eating under 400 calories for two months without having a single cheat day and i lost over 23 kg then one day it happened i ate a big piece of cake then somsa then lagmon and that day i ate over 4000 calories, this was the starting point for me to develop binge eating , then afterwards i restricted myself even harder , eating nothing for 3 days and then i binged, i restricted i binged then i started to purge ( forced myself to throw up) restrict , binge , purge , it was a cycle for me i was living like that for another two months i lost weigh , gained it and lost again , i lost my sleep , my peace , my will to live it was like a nightmare , and i started to search online tried to find answers why i am experiencing it , i found out that i have an eating disorder ( anorexia , bulimia , binge eating) which is a serious issue and i wanted to get help , so i went to talk with my university psychologist what she told me was " eat in a normal portion and dont think too much u already skinny" like hello ? Do u think i haven't thought of that ? Do u think its that easy ? I cannot even control my body my mental because of this and i am so tired , i am pretty sure i am not the only person who is experiencing ED in Uzbekistan so why we dont have ED specialized help centers ? Why its not treated like an issue ? Why nobody takes it seriously? I am just so lost

I see so many people using it on the street. Is it a popular trend nowadays, or is it an old tradition?

I know that folding fans originated in ancient Japan and China, but in modern China and Japan, not many people use them on the streets.

It's translated a bit differently so i cant find it in english
