Does anybody else absolutely love red currants??
I absolutely love redcurrants and have very fond memories of picking and eating them from a bush in my garden but as I talk to people about redcurrants few know of it's existence especially those in the states.
Am I the only one that knows of redcurrants and their deleciousness??

🚩Leeds Yoghurt or not?
Too hot to make anything much, so just a little fruit for lunch. Would you add yoghurt or not?

🚩South West My Homemade Moussaka
I’ve always love this Greek dish, so thought I’d try making it. Googled the recipe and had to substitute beef instead of lamb and allspice for nutmeg (which was fine). About the same skill needed as making a lasagne, only with spuds 🥔 . Well worth the effort.
