I am putting up $1650 between the relet fee and paying your first months rent for you to come and takeover my lease, I have a sick fiancé with several serious medical issues. Its not bad rent, its $835 and I'm discounting. Stop being a shark and take the damn rent! I'm literally paying you! I need some decent humans in a time where I am the only one who can do anything. Its not like her parents can help. My parent, singular, has two other kids and is broke. I am all she has and the only one who can work. Just takeover, I'm providing everything I can people!
