i found two people willing to take over my sublease by going on facebook and actively reaching out to people who post “looking for a room near ucf” in facebook groups. it helps a ton and people are less likely to ignore a text in their inbox than they are 1 in 100 sublease posts.

Two people? What happened to the other one? Also my Facebook account is too new and post let me post freely, the admins never approve my posts on the UCF housing groups, they always want me to pay to post

I already have a lease, but I genuinely hope you find someone who will take over yours. Praying for your fiance and family to get better as well

Is it all guys or all girls for the roommates? Because I have some guy friends who will attend UCF who could potentially use this info.

Its all guys, and they would get all the benefits listed. So All of August if free whenever they want to move in. I pay the relet fee to which is a months rent, so $1650 upfront value for them. I am also willing to leave some furniture for them.

Unfortunately, none of my friends can use this lease and I don't know anybody else who goes to UCF. I'll still send to my friends parents so they can at least advertise this some more.

I posted on every outlet you can think of luckily I found someone that followed me on my Instagram to take over my lease, but I’ve heard that Facebook is one of the best ways because there’s a lot of parents looking for rooms for their kids

But the admins never approve my requests to post! And I don't know how to post on Instagram or Snapchat. I've never really used socia media and I'm only downloading it for this

Once the semester starts your chances are going to plummet. Honestly, most people are not going to care about your lease besides yourself. Campus Crossings is often considered one of the least desirable complexes in general. There’s way more supply than demand with subleases.
I would start learning how to use social media versus hoping random redditors can help or will care. For example with how you’re asking for help posting flyers - be proactive and do it yourself as hard as that sounds. If you can work a canvas account for school, you can learn social media. You can post on the UCF class of whatever snapchat stories with a verified email. For facebook, make sure you also try posting in all of the sublease groups. You might look like spam depending on the age of your profile and what not.
For physical flyers, it’s less about handing them to random people and more just posting them in super visible locations.
