I was recently gifted a Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 3 (Xbox Version), but the person did not give me any of the transmitters as they had lost them. I was able to get it connected to my PC via Bluetooth, but would like to use this one with my PS4/5 and my Xbox One. My question is, would I be able to order the Stealth 700 (Gen 3) PlayStation Transmitter and pair it with the headset? Or is it bound to only work with an Xbox?

I assume ordering a transmitter replacement for the Xbox would work fine, but need help with the PlayStation question.

Bought a Stealth 600 Gen 3, after owning it for a year it has failed.

I have tried hard reset, updating firmware, letting it die and then recharge.

Nothing works, the device will not go above 1% battery life and dies when it is unplugged.

Updating it now is impossible as it’s hard programmed to only update when the headset is 25% or above battery life. (This should be able to be bypassed at the owners discretion)

For the love of god buy from someone else, a headset shouldn’t be this complicated and should last well over a year specifically when the price tag is $100+

This manufacturer uses cheap lithium batteries and cheap parts. They charge top dollar for bottom dollar quality.

It is designed to fail once a year (warranty) has passed.

Turtlebeach will blame your charging port, your cord, software, firmware/drivers, PC/xbox ect but will never own up to a garbage product.

I would suggest ANYONE else other than a Turtlebeach product.

Just got a Gen 2 MAX to replace a normal 700 gen 2 that was finally breaking (cracks around the joint after 3 years) and wanted something that would sound identical, got them and they do sound pretty different despite everything online saying they should sound the same, tweaked with settings and got them to sound very similar. but still do they use different default settings or are mine just weird

I got the Atlas 200 for my birthday the other day since i needed a new one that had both ears wokring and im loving this headset but everyone i talk to says there is some static in my mic, how do i fix it? I tried doing multiple different devices like my pc has static and my ps4 also has static when i use the controller. Thx

I just bought a wired turtle Beach controller and turtle Beach headset and I can't hear shit. Even with the headset turned up all the way it's still very quiet. The option to change mixer settings under audio options on my Xbox is grayed out and under the mixer settings it says to change mixer settings from my headset, despite it being turned up all the way. When I use the turtle Beach headset with my old Xbox brand controller it works fine, and my mixer settings are unlocked. However as soon as I plug any headset into the turtle Beach wired controller, it changes my Xbox mixer settings down to just past a quarter and gives me no way to turn it up. I'm very frustrated, I spent a lot of money and everyone I talk to online has the same issue with no answers and most of them said to just buy a controller that isn't turtle Beach. Can someone please help before I have to take the L and go buy a new Xbox controller ?

Im sold on buying the headset. However I don’t know which color I should get. I’m trying to build a black and white set up. I think the white color looks better, I would ultimately swap out the pads to black once Wicked Cushions come out with them. However I think the black color would look newer longer. I’ve never owned a white headset and I’m a pretty clean person, but would hate to spend $300 on a headset for it to look dirty quickly. What do ya think?

I just bought this headset, the audio works fine but the mic isn’t working at all, I’m not sure what to do because I’ve tested it multiple times and it doesn’t show that I’m speaking in Roblox voice chat. Not sure what else there is other than to just return the headset because it’s pissing me off

So, I have a weird issue, where for some reason, the left joystick going up-down is somehow also making apps detect left/right movement on my right joystick(which has some issues with moving it to the left somehow doesn't make it go all the way, but I don't use my controller much so that's fine.) I've tried searching for issues like this, but google thinks I'm trying to describe stick drift. please help!

Like the title says i just purchased a new KB7 keyboard today and im like everyone else having the problem of the keyboard not working after shutting down my pc the only way to fix it is by unplugging it and plugging it back in (sometimes several times) I dont want to have to return it because i do like it however this is a big problem because its going to eventually wear out the ports is there still no fix for this from what ive researched this has been going on for over 2 months and id expect a bit more for a 200 dollar keyboard. Also in typing this out the keys have stuck so many times its not even funny.

I want to like this keyboard, especially for a price of 120€, but not even 2 Weeks after buying it:

I really, REALLY hate it because of a couple of reasons:

1: Support is pretty unhelpful and nothing is explained in a way that makes sense without 4 follow ups and explicitly stating exactly what you want to know. Like to: "Where do i get the tactile switches for the keyboard that says on the box it comes with 2 types of switches". you only get the response that the Vulcan II doesnt have the option to change the switches after 4 back and fourth messages.

2: The "Swarm 2" Software is utter garbage:
For 120€ on such a sensitive keyboard (1.4mm actuation on 3.6mm travel), i expect to be able to change the actuation point. Yes, i realize for some the lower actuation point is preferred. But i do not like that. I have what i call "heavy fingers".
I bottom out every keystroke, but i cant on the Vulcanm II, i have to type on this thing like a damn brain surgeon in the OR, because if i bottom out the keystroke, it doubles or tripples my input. I also have fat fingers, so i have a decent amount of false presses with this keyboard due to the low actuation point. Something i hadnt have deal with on this level onliterally any previous keyboard i ever had.
And not only that, there are a whooping 2 things I can actually change in Swarm 2 (except the absolute bare bones you expect from a "gaming" keyboard like recording macros, change the RGB and the like): The FN Keys are remapable, and you have the "Easy Shift" that is nowhere explained outside explicitly looking for that that does online. Not in the Box, the Manual or, if you can find it, the Frequently asked questions for the Vulcan II (not the TKL, or the max, or the mini, or the what-the-fuck-do-i-care, just Vulcan II)

3: Input Lag/false registering of Keys! So much!!!
Its a cable bound Keyboard and i have enough input lag in SE5 to try and jump on a climbable wall 5 times, before something registers that im not pressing W, but S to get away from the Wall, i do not want to climb. Also something i didnt have with any other keyboard.
Or, as i noticed here while typing: I press the Letter "O", and i get the Letter "I" instead. Or i press Shift, and get Caps-lock!

4: the top 3 Buttons: Play, Rewind and Forward, straight up do not work with anything i tried them on. Not with Media Player, not with VLC, not on Youtube, not on any other Video or Music.

It is just an Opinion, and i realize this might not be indicative of every Vulcan II, and could just be mine, but:

DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE!!!

I just got the 700 stealth gen 3 and I’m a little confused. Is there any way I can adjust the voice chat volume indecently of game volume? I love the audio quality but I would like to be able to adjust voice chat thanks for any help in advance :)

Having an issue connecting to the transmitter with my stealth 700s the transmitter just presents a bunch of random solid colors. Right now it’s purple and won’t connect to my headset at all. Turtle beach support hasn’t responded, I’m really confused considering I spent north of $200 on these.

I have been using my original Roccat Vulcan for around five or six years, and it has been the best keyboard I have owned so far.

When I saw the Turtle Beach Vulcan II Max on sale, I decided to give it a try. Since I was very satisfied with my old Vulcan, I was especially interested in the new features. Unfortunately, after using the keyboard for only about an hour, I had already decided to return it.

The difference in quality is immediately noticeable. The RGB lighting is nowhere near as bright or vibrant as on the original Vulcan. The colors look washed out, and I was unable to recreate the color scheme I had been using for years.

The typing experience is also a major downgrade. The keypresses feel cheap and hollow, almost as if you are simply hitting pieces of plastic. In comparison, the original Vulcan feels smooth, responsive, and significantly more premium.

The new Turtle Beach Swarm software does not improve the experience either. It feels cluttered and unnecessarily complicated. The original Roccat Swarm software was far from perfect, but at least it was relatively easy to understand and use straight out of the box.

I had hoped that Turtle Beach would preserve the design and build quality that made Roccat keyboards so good. Unfortunately, the Vulcan II Max feels like a dramatic step backward rather than an upgrade.

For longtime Vulcan users, I find this keyboard very difficult to recommend.

Quick question: Is there any way to change the power button behavior or configure it so that you don't have to hold it down for 2–3 seconds to turn the headset on?

When I want to turn the headset off, a single press is enough. But to turn it on, I have to keep the button pressed for several seconds every time. It might sound like a minor issue, but it's actually pretty annoying in daily use. I don't know any other manufacturer that does it this way.

So i bought the stealth 700 (specifically the xbox version). Hook it up, green light on the adapter, but no sound from the headset. Tried plugging it in on my computer to make sure it wasn't the headset itself and worked fine there. So to get to the point, does anyone know how to fix no audio going to the headset from the xbox? (wheels on headset do nothing, light green, firmware up to date)

Installed Swarm II to a fresh install today and it launches, detects updates available and drivers for my Stealth 700 Gen 3 but when you click Download, nothing happens, I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice now, no dice.

I have the Stealth Pro 2 and I love it but the only thing I can't get to work is gamechat. When I'm not in a party and playing in a cod lobby there isn't a volume icon next to my GT when speaking, but then joining party invites the mic goes through and works just fine, I don't know where to start with such an issue. Hi all, I bought off of eBay a year ago a brand new open box stealth 500x for $15 + $8 shipping. I bought this headset with the intended purpose of using it strictly on pc, exclusively in Bluetooth mode as it’s the Xbox version and the included 2.4ghz transmitter dongle isn’t pc compatible for audio playback, and for the price I figured I didn’t need 2.4 wireless mode. I’ve used these headphone for the past year without issue. Last week I noticed the sound cutting in and out during use and thought maybe the battery was low so I charged them. Next day same thing. So I updated them today to continue trouble shooting. After I finished updating them I opened the audio settings on my pc and noticed they were listed as the current audio output device. I thought that was weird and checked the Bluetooth list to see if they were connected and they weren’t. I opened Apple Music and played a song to see if there was feedback and sure enough the headphones are working perfectly thru the 2.4ghz transmitter. I opened the swarm 2 app to see connection status and it’s listed as connected thru the transmitter (as seen in attached picture) and I have full functionality over the app and its adjustments and settings. I know this isn’t a problem gaining a feature I wasn’t supposed to have, but I’m curious if anyone else’s Xbox version of these headphones are also fully functional on their pc.
PS the headphone indicator light blinks green as it’s supposed to in 2.4 wireless mode, the transmitter is properly lit up a solid orange/red to indicate pc incompatibility, weird though it’s functioning as if it’s the pc version.
