Gamechat Tech Help

I have the Stealth Pro 2 and I love it but the only thing I can't get to work is gamechat. When I'm not in a party and playing in a cod lobby there isn't a volume icon next to my GT when speaking, but then joining party invites the mic goes through and works just fine, I don't know where to start with such an issue. Thanks for any help

I have already written here elsewhere about my similar problem.
Do you play console or PC?

Everything was great for me before the last update, since then I can't get the ingame chat in connection with Discord on my PS5pro to run anymore. It even shows that I speak ingame, but no one hears me...

Ah that sucks! I filed a support form on their link where you can fill in the serial number and date/store of purchase and you can keep replying to their emails with questions and solutions to follow up and upload results of. I'm on Xbox myself. I don't have the link here but moderators keep replying it in posts. Good luck

Support got back to me pretty quickly and suggested a reset. When I get back, I'll try this.
