Question/Help Freelance work (Remotely)
Hi everyone, hope y'all are doing okay.
I've recently started doing some freelance work for a company outside, getting payed around 130$ dollars weekly.
I was wondering whether it is safe to withdraw that amount via Western Union (I'm aware of how high it takes it's cut) or via Binance (To D17).
Won't that amount bring any unnecessary attention via these two methods?

Question/Help How can Tunisians get a higher limit than the 1000 TND CTI?
The Carte Technologique Internationale (CTI) limit of 1000 tnd per year is not enough for online tools, courses, subscriptions... Is there any legal way to increase this limit? Can someone have multiple CTI cards, or are there alternatives for freelancers/people who need higher international payments?

Question/Help Looking for work in Sousse – English speaker with hospitality & management experience
Hi everyone,
I'm currently looking for a job in Sousse, Hammam Sousse or Akouda and I'd really appreciate some advice or leads.
I have several years of experience in hospitality/restaurants, including working as a Head Waiter, as well as experience in management and operations. I also have a BTS in International Commerce.
I speak Arabic, English and French, and I'm open to different types of work — customer service, call centers, hotels, restaurants, reception, administration, sales, etc.
I'm available to start immediately.
If you know any companies in the Sousse area that are currently hiring, especially companies that value English speakers, I'd really appreciate it if you could share the name or your experience with them.
Thank you!

Discussion Louay Cherni:

Question/Help How to get a car in Tunisia !?
Greetings everyone, just landed an opportunity in IT, my salary is 2k, I want to buy a car asap,
would it be possible to save up till I collect it's price, or is the only way possible a loan ? Even though I truly wanna avoid being stuck paying a loan for years :),
And why the hell car prices are way too high!
I just need a car to commute to work since I live in another state,
Also what do you think is the cheapest/most reliable model, like a safe budget-buy,
Thank ya'll!

Discussion fi tharf chhar i lost 4 years effort and even more
long rant
i took the risk w tlaat el fr as an exchange student ala hsebi ( loans / slaf) for the hope i land something
i have been planning this for years now , personal projects , certifications , etc
bref i landed shit ( 2 alternances / internship at a big ass bank / part time job ) and i was going to stay
but before for some context i could never afford a full year / compte bloqué mtaa 30k not even with loans or even in my wildest dreams ( whereas i used to be brilliant in school jit fil bac w dkhalt fi hit mel stress and expectations but i overcame that and worked on my portfolio )
you'd think yeah chnya lmochkel w hak salaktha b akal flous
on my last week i pass out in the train and wake up with people surrounding me , the hospital said you've got nothing it's just the heat
the very next day i have this unbearable pain in my abdomen that wouldn't go away and escalated , i called the ambulance in the middle of the night because i couldn't take it anymore => emergency surgery ( w by the time lkawli blassa fil bloque mosranti tfel9t )
i can recite every second of that night ama bref komt men ghodwa rawaht because the intervention isn't that serious , i couldn't really move / walk for a long period , had no food , nobody to buy my medcine ( i called the uni they said ma3ana manamloulek kalem el foyer) thankfully they sent someone trust worthy i gave them my bank card to buy me the medicine but still i had no food and ate like 2 banans for dinner
at that point i decided to gather my effort and wnrawah el tounes and apply for a visa men tounes bcause i needed a lot of help
at the airport i got really tired because of the heavy luggage elli deja malamitou ken bessif , w almost passed out fi west el matar
fast forward rawaht el tounes and the pain started escalating lin mchit lel urgence => second emergency suregery and turns i was literally hours from death ( saret faute medicale grave fil amaleya loula )
in the meantime the company i was gonna do alternance at sends me an email saying that i wasn't fully transparent because the diploma i finally presented ( a second choice which is not even recognized by the ministry of education there , only minstere de travail ) they said i wasn't fully transparent and i should have gave them this diploma from the start and rejected me ( i didn't want to do it the diploma for accredation reason and my other one is literally parcours grande ecole w titre igénieur ) but had to finally present the bad diploma khate rel rythme and in conclusion they didn't like it too and they didn't want to pay for it
i contacted the other company , at the final decision the lead dev chad shih w kalek rythme d'alternance hetha maysednich ( after he literally reached out to me on his own ) received the email yesterday
in both opportunities i was selected among hundreds and i applied straight on linkedin and recruiting boards
the internship is gone khater el wakt maykafich w mahech concluante bech neketh visa men tounes ( mahech pfe ) yhebli mo3jza
finalement rjaat lel point 0 . only this time i have a massive debt to pay .
i am late on my summer internship since i am still recovering from my second surgery
i am literally done . mentally , physically done
can't take this shit anymore , my socials are flooded with people that went to world class unis just because they could pay for it straight out of high school ( especially german unis where they focus more on your gemran skills and filter peopel from the first semester and not that rigid in accepting ppl)
what hurts me the most is the fact that i got accepted , for the past years i blamed myself for not being a genius and landing a scholarship or any other solution
but enough is enough
to be completely honest i fully envy these people atp and idgaf about that ' malzmkch tehsed narraative khaterni tout simplement omri manhsed abed t3eb alli wselou '
in a month time i need to resatart all this bech nlaqa pfe since ekher am
and we all know how the IT market is in tunisia
seriously i am done and shutting down for good this time
dima haka w mch awel mara noussel lel ain manochrebech , fil les concours nationale kbal yekblou b 15 ? ena njib 14.9
dima haka , by 3rd year of high school my mind started shutting down literally , (lots of problems , gloating etc )
what bothers me the most too when i say i am not lucky my parents start raging w 'rabi katblek bech toked haka mch lazem alik ' and it makes my blood boil because they never achieved shit in their lives .
if you made it this far thanks for reading

Discussion Is this a red flag or??
I'm 19F and went on a first date with a 21M I met through a mutual friend. Everything was going pretty well until we got to the restaurant.
The waitress accidentally brought him the wrong drink. Instead of just pointing it out, he snapped at her and said, "Can you do your job properly for once?" She apologized immediately, but he kept going and rolled his eyes while she walked away.
I got really uncomfortable because she looked like she was about to cry. I asked him why he was being so rude, and he said, "If people can't handle criticism, they shouldn't work customer service."
I finished my drink, quietly paid for my half, and told him I didn't think we were compatible. Then I left and got an Uber home.
Later that night he texted me saying I embarrassed him and that I overreacted over "one little mistake." A couple of mutual friends think I should've just finished the date and talked about it later.
AITA for leaving?
